-- 1 vehicle max. Vehicle must be parked in your designated parking spot. Guest parking spot available first come, first serve.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose. Pets must be kept on a leash.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the condo.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the door when you leave the condo.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
