Hello Shelly, I am sorry you felt that it was falsely mis-represented. I am the owner Cheryl and I have even stayed in that unit with my family before. So, if you look out the middle window in the bedroom and between the 2 tall houses you can see the beach and the Gulf. Also, if you stand at the front door you can see the Bay as well. We did discount your stay because you mis-interpreted the view. We have since fixed the wording a bit on the until as well. So, now it states what I stated. I wish you could remove this bad review. We did give you a discount hoping you would not leave a bad review. I am a small business and we really rely on reviews. I hope other than the mis hap you had a nice stay? Please let me know. Thank you for your review. We do disclose that this is a second floor unit and that the bed may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. In the future, if you need any more extra blankets and pillows, please just ask and the property management team will take care of it. Thank you

Good Afternoon, You booked the property relatively last minute. Check-in instructions were sent to your email along with parking and the check-in and check-out time. As I recall, you guys showed up 2 hours early to check-in when the cleaner was still getting the property ready. Additionally, I received no calls or communication from you. I live only a few streets away and am constantly on my phone ready to instantly respond. This criticism is not fair that you read the email we sent to get the address but then did not read the rest with the additional information. I am sorry for the misunderstanding, but the information was given.
