Our cozy home is ideal for families, groups, or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay a little outside of downtown. With 4 bedrooms (4 queen beds) and 2 living rooms, there's plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the Mile High City.

Our fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette in the basement are perfect for those who love to cook or munch on late night snacks. With 2 Roku TVs, you can sign into any application to stream your favorite shows or movies.

Located just a short 12-minute drive to downtown Denver and 24 minutes to Boulder, our home is conveniently situated close to the highway, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. If you're a skier and/or boarder, you can hit the slopes at Winter Park in an hour and 15 minutes in the winter months.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. The driveway offers plenty of parking with space for about 4+ vehicles and parking in the street in front of the home.

Other things to note
Prior to arriving, guests will receive an access code for our keyless self check-in! I send your code around noon on the day of your check-in.

The home sits on a main road—35 MPH. You will hear cars driving by but it's never very busy. We lived here for 2 years and didn't have problem but just wanted to make you aware if you are sensitive to noise!
