This property has all you need, great kitchen, hot tub, small pool, outdoor play area, firepit, pool table, and games galore. The gas grill had a burner that didn't work, but we sort of managed through that issue. The layout was ok, just hated that all the bedrooms were upstairs except one. A little hard to maneuver with small children, and the bunkbed room is very small, the TV is essentially useless. The owner was very easy to contact and she responded quickly and answering all questions. I would stay h

Beautiful Property in Picturesque Surroundings

This property was everything it was advertised as and more. It was perfect for our multi-generation family with large bedrooms & en-suite bathrooms. It was easy to access yet it felt very secluded. The host was extremely accessible & quick to respond anytime we had a question. I highly recommend this property for large group vacations.

Loved our stay!

All the boys (7 teens) are still talking about the trip! My husband and I stayed downstairs and the boys had a ball with the other 2 levels. We swam, hot-tubbed, played cards, pool, and generally had a blast!

Perfect Spot For Our Inaugural Friends and Family Trip

First off, the host has been amazing to work with. This was the first of many family trips for myself and three of my closest friends I grew up with. We had 8 adults and 8 children total. The place was extremely spacious with so much to do on the property. Already looking forward to booking here again!

Fabulous house with great amenities! Beautiful, fully stocked house has everything you need to unwind and have a great time. The heated pool was very refreshing! The firepit allowed for everyone to gather round and roast marshmellows to make smores. The back patio, with a great sitting area, sits up higher to allow for adults to watch kiddos in the pool. The relaxing front porch, with nice rocking chairs, was used every morning with a cup of coffee to get the day started. We even spotted a deer at daybreak. The host, Jessica, is a great person and responds quickly. I would highly reccomend this beautiful place. You will not regret it!

Perfect for couples and families with children.

We were 4 married couples who enjoyed the 4th of July here. Home was very roomy, clean, fully stocked and comfortable. The owners provided some extra touches that made our stay so enjoyable. It is conveniently located to all activities and center of town. Lots of games and things to keep small and adult children entertained. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Texas/Oklahoma friends fun!

We had a great mini vacation in Beaver’s Bend! This house is absolutely fantastic! We had grandparents, two teenagers, a 12 and 9 year old staying here. The den with ping pong, pool table, and popcorn machine kept them busy. The pool was nice to cool off in and the hot tub relaxing! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The host had it cool when we arrived and absolutely no issues!

Fantastic Stay

This is a gorgeous property with tons of fun amenities (in-ground pool, table tennis, pool table, fire pit, swing set). It was very centrally located and had tons of space to spread out. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for food prep and dining. The property is in pristine condition and there is a copious amount of space for parking vehicles if you have a large group. The host, Jessica, was wonderful and responded to requests or questions immediately. Terrific experience and I would highly recommend!

House is pretty and nice size for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids, but many issues hampered the experience. We had looked for a house with a pool and boat, but: No garbage disposal (they do exist for septic!); D/W bottom tray falls onto door when pulled out; No more than 5 spoons in whole house; No vacuum or dustpan available and mop looked disgusting; No sponge or dish scrubber; Missing clothes washer control knob(!); No blinds/curtains on some windows so hard to sleep past 6 am sunrise; No s'mores package as advertised; Several screws fell off of chairs around dining table; Pool filler and circulation pump never worked so 4 days of stagnant water (hot tub did bubble); Patio light timer didn't work so had to manually plug in lights (once we found correct cord); Conflicting check out instructions from mgmt company and owner material regarding laundry; Ping pong table was dangerously unstable and broken so had to be pushed aside; Outdoor a/c units are right next to back deck so hard to talk outside while units are running. We rented the boat, too, b/c the lake is gorgeous! Regarding the boat: Expired registration sticker; No gauges or buttons on dash worked (lights, fuel, horn). Was told boat was clean and full of gas but not true! Someone else's water bottle and smashed seeds were in boat and then we ran out of gas and had to be towed back to marina! Owner did pay for both, thankfully. These are mostly fixable issues that would make house SO much more enjoyable.
