THINGS TO NOTE
The house is sometimes in the SeaTac flight path so there can be moderate airplane noise. Car traffic can occasionally be heard from 17th, but the windows are well insulated and when closed cut out 90% of noise from outside. Reserved street parking is available for one car in front of the house. Currently the second bedroom is set up as an office for two, but we are open to reconfiguring to allow for two separate bedrooms.
