Lakeshore Lodge - Recently updated lake house with contemporary decor and terrific water views. Conveniently located between both area baseball tournament parks and an easy drive to downtown Cooperstown and all this great area has to offer. Lakeshore Lodge is a perfect choice for a small group looking to have a mix between baseball and vacation.

The main level of this home has a totally renovated kitchen that is perfect for getting meals together for your small group. The kitchen leads into an open living and dining area with great views of the water and direct access to the upper deck overlooking the water. On the deck there are chairs for relaxing as well as an outdoor dining set and gas grill. On the main level, you will find a queen bedroom, a laundry area, and a full bath with shower.

Downstairs you will find more sleeping options, a playroom, and a 2nd full bath with a shower. A bedroom with 2 twin beds and a sliding barn door allows for privacy from the king-sleeping area. The king bed has a terrific water view, as well as direct access to the covered lower-level patio area. There is a playroom on the lower level with assorted board games, DVDs and a TV, as well as a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The terraced lawn of Lakeshore Lodge overlooks the water and stairs leading down to the dock area, which is perfect for launching canoes and kayaks as well as well suited for fishing. Goodyear Lake has many species of fish, and your host provides fishing poles for your use. See how many different species you can catch during your stay. There are large and smallmouth bass, yellow perch, many different varieties of panfish, and even walleye. Good luck!

Your hosts provide 2 single kayaks and 1 tandem kayak for your paddling pleasure. Paddle up and down the channel and out into the lake to find the biggest bass.

*Please note: There is NO fire pit on the property. It may be shown in some older photos, as on Fall 2024 the fire pit was removed.
