We’re sorry the roof leak was not addressed during your stay, Evie. A reported leak and slip hazard required an urgent onsite response, and our handling of the situation fell short of the maintenance support we promise guests. We’re reviewing what happened with our team and addressing the roof, water damage, safety concerns, and communication process. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the grill’s propane policy.
