Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.
Fireplace - Wood Burning, Wood is not provided. They sell firewood at the local grocery store, Sun Fest. We suggest bringing fire starter and a lighter.
The condo features 2 Deck areas with seating. The upper area is covered, providing all-weather deck access. The lower area is open to the sky and a perfect place to sit and unwind while watching the sunset.
Wifi is provided. Cable TV is available in the Living Room and the downstairs bedroom. Also, a TV with a DVD player is provided in the upstairs bedroom.
Lake Swimming! There is a swimming area that is located about 150 yards from this property. It is a public access area next to the bridge but is rarely crowded and often empty. It is very easy to walk to the lake. The yard area has a gentle slope; therefore, you can easily bring along a rolling cooler, wagon, or large wheeled stroller.
Golf! 2 Courses
This home offers 24 hour security with a camera at the front door.
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.

Grill: Propane, This Grill is shared with the condo next door and is in front of the condos. Propane is provided. Note that there are no grills allowed on the deck!
Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake which is located across the bridge near the Marina.

The championship course includes 18 holes of scenic beauty riding the crest of the oldest range of mountains on this continent. Many of the tees and greens have a panoramic view that is amazing.
The 9 hole executive course plays 1,832 yards and is located on the lake and surrounded by mountain vistas.
The Driving Range is located at the 18-hole golf course. It is secluded and quiet, with a view of the Ozark Hills for miles. This driving range is so unique! Bring your camera with you. You’ll be amazed.
The Holiday Island Grill is located at the 18-hole golf course. They serve breakfast & lunch 7 days a week.
The breathtaking scenery of the Ozark Mountains will provide you with a peaceful backdrop for your golfing experience. The courses are open year-round.
Getting Around:
Only one hour from Branson, Missouri and One hour from Bentonville, Arkansas. Surrounded by excellent Mountain Biking Trails, and Hiking Trails.
Regional Fun: Turpentine Creek, The Great Passion Play, Silver Dollar City, Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, Dogwood Canyon, Roaring River.
Float Trips! Adventure Mountain Outfitters can provide boats and shuttle service for you. If you have your own transportation, you can simply float from the Beaver Bridge and enjoy a 3.5 mile float back to the Marina below the house.
