"Luxury On The Hill" w/ Pool/Views/Pet-Friendly

The nearly 3,000 square foot home has four large bedrooms, and three bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own smart tv for you to plug in your favorite apps. It also consists of 3 kings, 2 fulls and 1 rollaway. The master bath has an open, wrap around shower with a jetted tub perfect to relax at the end of the day. There is plenty of outdoor space with three patio areas, one of them off the master to enjoy either a view of the city or the pool. A large grassy area is open for you to bring up to two of your dogs to run around and enjoy.

There's a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, (margarita glasses) and coffee maker. Backyard has pool with two waterfalls and BBQ with fenced and shaded backyard patio!

Pets are welcome with a max of two and a pet fee of $150 per pet for the extra cleaning. The backyard has a grassy area they will love!

Here's the not-so-fun stuff, but must be said:

If you're looking to have more than the allowed number of people to stay or are looking to host a party at the house, this is not the house for you. We are surrounded by a close-knit group of full-time neighbors which helps keep our neighborhood clean and crime-free. Excessive noise, violations in amount of guests or disrespect to surrounding neighbors, will not be tolerated.

Also, we don’t monitor the propane tank levels of the fire pit so feel free to use and replace as needed.

The property itself sits on over half an acre with the main neighbor being open Arizona desert! Nestled at the end of a cul-du-sac and with tons of parking, you have all the space to bring your desert or water toys! The pool area as you enter is a massive PebbleTech pool with spa (see notes) and over 25 foot tall Saguaros is the picture-perfect way to relax and unwind in Arizona. The large shaded patio area has air hockey and ping-pong tables as well as a propane BBQ. Through the double French doors is the open kitchen with oversized, stainless steel center island to layout dinners buffet-style or get some heavy baking in! Fully stocked with all major and most small appliances you'll have everything you'll need! The dining area features a large table as well as an banquette for additional seating while still in the same room. The living room with fireplace has plenty of seating and games or catch your favorite show on our smartTV. All four bedrooms down the hall feature two with attached bathrooms including the master.
