Silver Beach 104 is ideally located on the ground level, making it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries without dealing with an elevator, yet elevated on the beachside, offering beautiful direct beach views from the living room, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom. Silver Beach is 8 stories tall and has only 47 condos. Being a low-density development, the beach and pool are never overly crowded.

The balcony has unique aluminum handrail system with tempered glass panels which makes for easy viewing of our beautiful white sand, emerald green water, and pool while sitting on your balcony. Silver Beach 104 is popular with parents with small children as there are no railings to stick little hands and feet through! Elevated one story from the pool deck, you can easily watch the kids at the pool from the condo balcony and won't need to deal with elevators. Guests will love the beachside pool, expansive sundeck, and BBQ grill area.

Silver Beach 104 is a beautifully appointed, 2 BR/ 2 BA, featuring tile flooring throughout, granite counters, stainless appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, magnificent views, large balcony, Wi-Fi, & a washer/ dryer. The living area features a sleeper-sofa, comfy 2 chairs, a large flat screen TV and balcony access. The dining area table seats 4 plus 3 at the breakfast bar. With a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, this condo can sleep up to 6 guests.

Three major shopping centers directly across the street offers owners and guests all their immediate needs. Choose from Publix, Rouses and Walmart markets for grocery needs as well as numerous shops and restaurants, including some area favorites such as Moe's BBQ and the Beignet shop, plus a walk-in doctor's office.

Guest Access:
The complex features amenities such as a beach side pool, BBQ grilling area, and on-site security. Beach chairs are provided by a third-party beach service company and can be rented once you arrive. They cost roughly $40/day, which gets you 2 chairs and an umbrella. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own. Conveniently located near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer, Silver Beach is a great vacation destination.

The Neighborhood:
Please remember that pest control comes every 4th Thursday and they do even floors on even months and odd floors on odd months.

This is a NON-SMOKING CONDO.
