Summary:
Located on Ole River and across from the beach, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Guests will have access to a fishing pier and fish cleaning station, a private boat slip, a great outdoor pool, and public beach access nearby (1/2 mile). You have views of both the beach and the bay from the balcony! This 2 BR, 2 BA unit can sleep p to 6 making use of the sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Space:
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo has a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom and the private, spacious balcony boast amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Ole River. This condo has a well-equipped kitchen, open living/dining area, two full baths and full-sized washer and dryer. This unit is located on the second level and there is an elevator for added convenience.
Since the pictures have been made, we have added new balcony furniture and new appliances.
*7-ni min rental per HOA rules.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to a deeded boat slip (go to the T in the pier, turn right, and slip for unit 204 is at the last end-slip on the right), large waterfront pool with gazebo and expansive sundeck, fishing pier, fish cleaning station, and beach access 1/2mile from the condo at Shell Beach.
Boat trailer parking is not allowed on-site but there are temporary, off-site, short-term lots available for storage for a fee or ask us about "other options." The slip is assigned. There is no boat lift.
Covered parking for 2 vehicles is allowed under the complex in the space labeled "204".
The Neighborhood:
Portside is located less than a mile (0.8 miles) from the World-Famous Flora-Bama, across from the beach on Ole River. By boat, Portside is located minutes from the Gulf of Mexico for offshore fishing and Robinson Island. This property also has a small, private sand beach next to the pier perfect for swimming, kayaking or jet skiing. Don't miss out on this fantastic unit at Portside 204 where you get "the best of both worlds."
Other Things to Note:
Covered parking for 2 vehicles is allowed under the complex in the space labeled "204".
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
While the complex is directly across from the beach, the nearest beach access is ½ mile to the west at the Orange Beach Public beach access (Shell Beach).
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

We only respond to messages during business hours. If there is an emergency after-hours, call our office and our after-hours call center, describe the emergency, and they will call us immediately and we will reach out directly.
