Carpe Diem - A comfortable place where you feel good !

Carpe Diem is a comfortable villa for 1-2 couples or a small family, offering beautiful view on St Kitts and Caribbean see, only a few minutes away from the nicest beaches, best restaurants, Four Season’s Golf and Tennis ground and water sports centers. The island offers as well many hiking and trails possibilities.
Built on the lower slopes of Nevis mountain, in a very quiet development with no passing traffic, the villa benefits from a wonderful breeze at all times.

The villa offers 2 bedrooms all ensuite with air conditioning, each situated at each side of the great room. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has direct access to the front verandah to enjoy the light and the view at the early hours of the day.

The great room includes a very well-equipped kitchen, an inside dining area and a comfortable sitting area with sofa and deep rattan chairs to enjoy the entertainment center with Smart TV (Apple airplay compatible), Firestick and DVD player.

The best feature of the villa is certainly the front Verandah, entirely screened and facing the pool, which includes a dining table with glass top, a breakfast table and a seating area with large chairs and ottomans to enjoy a drink at sunset. It offers view on the pool, the garden, St Kitts island and the Caribbean See.

The rear Verandah is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, with a comfortable sofa set to enjoy a coffee, read or listen music with the portable bluetooth speaker. The rear Verandah provides enough space to play ping-pong (foldable ping-pong table available) or do some fitness workout (basic materials at disposal).

The pool decking with its lounge chairs and coffee corner is perfect to relax, sunbath or enjoy a morning coffee or light lunch.

This is a beautiful and very well-equipped house in a great location with a lovely view of St. Kitts. The area is quiet, peaceful and private (except for the frequent visits from monkeys). Highly recommended.

This Villa is very nice, with a good view of st kitts,and sunsets from the pool. It's a spacious property with all we required for our stay. The manager Derek arranged all transfers to and from the airport, and the taxi driver Tamika was very helpful when our flight arrived late. Overall it was great stay at this Villa

The perfect spot to ‘seize the day’

This beautiful home is well equipped to meet all your needs. The views across to St. Kitt’s from its position high on Mount Nevis are lovely in the day and night. We had more rainy days than usual but the spaciousness of the home, its wonderful screened verandahs and comfortable furniture ensured that every day was a good day.

First time on Nevis

We had a wonderful time on Nevis! The property was all that we could wish for: nicely appointed, great kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, screened verandas, and of course, the pool. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view to the sea and St. Kitts; the garden is nicely landscaped and the daily monkey visits were a lot of fun! Our host and property manager were both so responsive and helpful, from providing seamless transfers from the airport and assistence with car rental to recommendations for dining, attractions, beaches, etc. It all made for a very relaxing vacation - thank you Iseult and Olivier!

Well Equipped Centrally Located Villa

Tucked away above the four seasons golf course is this well appointed villa with a beautiful view towards St Kitts. Both bedrooms are large with nice bathrooms and big closets. The common space is well thought out, particularly the large screened in wrap around porch. Internet worked well and the place is wired up with the latest equipment. We also enjoyed cooking here as the kitchen has every utensil you can think of. Plus a pool to dip in after a day at the beach - what's not to love? Both Iseult, the owner and Derek, the property manager are very attentive, answering questions immediately and setting up transfers to and from the island, arranging car rentals, ect. We traveled with 2 of our friends who had never been to Nevis and they were impressed. After 5 years of coming to the island we have finally found our go to villa. We had a great time - stay here and you will too! Thanks Iseult and Olivier!

Fern Hill Estate is located on the most desirable area of the island. We enjoy particularly the view on St Kitts island and the Caribbean See, the quietness of the location while staying close to the best spots of the island.

Carpe Diem has the right size for up to 4 people with spacious rooms and all desired comfort. It is very well located, with private pool, quietness and intimacy. Temperatures are less warm than on the beach and mosquitoes almost inexistant.
