✦ The minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ You may keep your luggage at the front desk if you arrive early.

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $400 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are welcome. $75 for stays up to 7 nights; $150 for longer stay

✦ Only major bank-issued credit/debit cards are accepted for the security deposit fee.

✦ Reservation name changes must be requested in person by the lead guest.
