BEACH ACCESS:
The Blue Mountain Regional Access(0.8mi) has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
**Tents are allowed on public beaches along 30a. Tents must be 10' x 10' or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a 15' distance from the dunes for emergency vehicles. **

PARKING:
This home will accommodate up to 3 vehicles (depending on size). Overflow parking is available free of charge in a designated overflow parking lot that is located inside the gated entrance.
BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
