Welcome to Casa Claudio at Kings Deer! This beautiful garden suite on a scenic golf course has everything you could ever wish for. Enjoy your dining in your full kitchen or grill on your observation deck with breathtaking views of Pikes Peak and watch the Air Force Jets fly by in the distance. Take a short drive to the amazing attractions Colorado Springs has to offer. Come home to relax by the fire, watch a blockbuster movie or put on a cozy robe and head to the amazing hot tub.

I have created a fun and cozy private space that is perfect for all ages. Sound proof insulation allows the vacation to begin. From the high-end stone, granite and iron decor, to the array of sports memorabilia, you will enjoy every minute of your stay. You will find a state of the art movie theater, pool table, shuffleboard, arcade console with over 100 classic games and a backyard Kids Clubhouse with toys and games.

There is self check-in with keypad through a private entrance. There is an information book when you enter the home but I am available to give you a walk through and help with your bags if needed. Your privacy and security is of the highest importance.

This gorgeous chalet is part of a very large estate. There is another space that could possibly have guests as well. Your privacy and peace is the highest priority. The exterior of the home and laundry room is shared. 3 acres, 2 beautiful decks, 2 grills, separate entrances and parking areas and with an amazing view, makes you feel like you have your own slice of glam at a 5 star resort. My team and I are available for any of your needs 24 hours a day.

The property is almost 3 acres and is adjacent to a ranch with 2 lovely beautiful horses, Cagney and Lacey. They love carrots and granola if you would like to say hi and give them a snack. Play a round of golf on our prestigious course, Kings Deer. Take a walk to the community playground or take a bike ride through the miles of trails in Fox Run Park. Explore all the Monument breweries and distilleries. There is no shortage of awesome here.

Easy to drive everywhere or take an Uber or Lift if you are visiting our wonderful local eateries. I am an avid motorcycle rider and I have a beautiful Harley Davidson Ultra Classic that is available for rent if desired. Colorado has some of the best riding roads in the world.

There are 2 bedrooms in the unit. The master bedroom is a large suite that has a work desk and enough room for the pack n` play crib or the queen size air mattress if you prefer. The 2nd bedrooms offers a queen size bed with a work desk as well. There is a full size laundry room with washer / dryer and drying rack if needed. It`s a shared laundry room with your own private entrance. The Hot Tub is new, beautiful and inviting. Take a soak and star gaze.

Colorado State zoning laws do not allow for a gas or electric stove/oven/range to be permanently installed in a secondary subterranean kitchen. However, there is a convection oven as part of the microwave that will operate just like a traditional oven with all the proper pans. There is also an induction stove that is cool to the touch but will operate the same as a traditional stovetop. There is also an indoor grill and 2 large capacity outdoor grills.

There is a shared laundry room that requires a key that hangs in the hallway closet. There is also a laundry basket for your use. The laundry room is located past the hot tub to the left (doggy door attached to it but no doggy`s to worry about). There is a supply of detergent for your use. To operate the machines, simply select the program you want, place the detergent in the tray, close the door, and hit start. If in any doubt please call us. If you need a drying rack there is one attached to the wall.

You will find amazing memorabilia throughout the suite. Most of these pieces are One Of A Kind and irreplaceable. Almost all are autographed and maintain a high value. Please enjoy visiting with them but do not remove, handle or play with.

The arcade console has over 100 classic games. Select the game by scrolling the joy stick and pressing the number of players. To restart or end the game and return to the menu press both white 1 player and 2 player buttons at the same time. There are NO pause buttons, start from where you left off button, codes to just win, interaction with other players via phone nor internet. This is just you against the game - old school. So don’t get frustrated if all the high scores say DAD (That’s me). LOL

You can use the televisions for music and YES! Karaoke!. Select you tube on the tv above the shuffleboard, search karaoke, and belt it out!! All televisions are pre set with Netflix, Prime, Disney+. TVs with cable, just press and hold the blue microphone button and speak into the remote to get those channels.

There are 6 televisions throughout the home. There are separate controls for the Cable and the DVD. They all have Firesticks with all the usual access. The Theater has a 90` 3D TV with full cable access, Blue Ray DVD, Dolby Digital Paradigm Surround Sound! With all of that going on, there could be some confusion with the remote controls. Feel free to call for additional help with that.

We have an outdoor hot tub available for your use. Please note that there is a little bit of a stroll that is needed to get to it. There is path lighting and stairs to climb to the entrance from the deck. BE CAREFUL… the steps and everything else can be slippery. The hot tub has a safety strap to prevent the wind from blowing the cover open. Undo the strap but leave it attached as is. Fold the cover back onto itself once then get in and lift up to set it on its support bracket. The hot tub will be chemically balanced upon your arrival. However, If you want to use it more than once during your stay take a small cup of the bio-friendly chemical with you to put into the filter when you exit the tub. This will keep the water fresh and ph balanced. The tub is kept at 102 degrees. This can be changed by using the touch screen. There are vast arrays of lighting and water features available by rolling through the touch screen. Feel free to take a beverage in a PLASTIC cup with you to enjoy while you soak. Please do not go below 95 degrees or higher than 104 degrees. Keep in mind that it can get cold and windy in Colorado especially since we are close to 8000 feet above sea level. There are spa luxury robes, antibacterial sandals and green towels to take with you on your stroll. I recommend you wear warmer clothing on extremely cold days. You will have a minute or two when you exit the tub before your body temperature will return to normal. It’s a fun and exhilarating experience. You will be star struck with how amazing the sky lights up at night. Be sure to close and latch the safety strap immediately upon exit. Hot Tub is for use by the number of people authorized in your Property Rental Agreement that are 12 years old or older only. The Hot Tub is private – use at your own risk. NO DIVING ALLOWED, NO ALCOHOL, NO GLASS AND NO FOOD IN THE AREA.
