Etage 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Wohnung in Wrightsville Dunes bietet das und mehr! In den üppigen Dünen am einsamen Nordspitze der Insel gelegen, ist breit, weißen Sandstrand Wrightsville Dunes 'von privaten Gehwege abgerufen. Sie fühlen sich wie Sie den ganzen Strand für sich allein haben!

Sowohl der Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich als auch das Hauptschlafzimmer haben Zugang zum Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei Gästezimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Auf dem Dachboden im Obergeschoss sind zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten für vier Personen vorhanden.

Entspannen Sie sich in einer bequemen Liege bei einem der beiden Swimmingpools oder spielen Sie eine oder zwei Match auf dem Gemeinschaftstennisplatz. Gebäude "A" ist die Sterling Edition mit einem gesperrten Sicherheit Eingang.

** Ab dem 2. Januar 2019 wird für alle Ferienwohnungen von 5 bis 21 Übernachtungen die Bettwäsche inbegriffen. An 4 oder weniger Nächten haben Sie noch die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche zu mieten oder selbst mitzubringen. Wäschereiaufträge und Bettwaren können zu Ihrer Reservierung zu den Kosten pro Mietvertrag hinzugefügt werden. **

Der Wrightsville Dunes-Komplex erfordert, dass alle Fahrzeuge einen von der HOA ausgestellten Parkausweis anzeigen, während sie auf dem Grundstück geparkt sind, um Zitate zu vermeiden. Pässe werden strikt durchgesetzt und sind auf zwei pro Mieteinheit begrenzt. Es können keine Ausnahmen gemacht werden. Für alle Reservierungen, die zwischen Mai und September stattfinden, sind Parkausweise erforderlich, die 10 US-Dollar entrichten. 00 für die beiden erlaubten Pässe, die beim Einchecken an den Reservierungsinhaber ausgegeben werden.

Amazing location and space, pool access a huge benefit and the locker for storing all the beach gear was perfect! While the elevator was not working when we visited it wasn't a problem. Condo is open and spacious for a large group and was perfect for our visit with 4 kids in tow and the space was very comfortable for everyone to have their own space. My only suggestion I would have is that all the beds are VERY FIRM and could use an update. Otherwise it was perfect for the long weekend.

Great family friendly spot

Our family of 5 - with our 9 year old and twin 4 year olds - stayed here. It’s hard to find a suitable rental for our configuration, but this was perfect. We even had room to spare.

Great location

It is a great unit as far as layout...3 bedrooms with 3 baths and a loft that is great for kids/teens BUT it is VERY outdated and dirty. The furniture is dirty, the outdoor cushions are dirty and ripped, there were cracks in the tile, the shower drains didn't drain well and we had to mop the floors when we got there. It is in need of a MAJOR scrubbing and update.

Karen, we're very sorry to hear all of this occurred during your stay. We take guest responses very seriously, so I will be sure to pass along your feedback concerning the cosmetic features of the home and the condition of the furniture to the owner. I know the owner has been working on a few updates to the furnishings. We're also very sorry about the elevator issue, as it's always difficult when items break last minute. We know the condo complex was doing everything they could to get it up and running, but had to wait for a part to come in. I do apologize for the inconvenience you encountered because of this issue. I have spoken to our hospitality department and they will do a full inventory of the kitchen and place any items needed and be sure the dishes are cleaned properly. Unfortunately, the dinnerware not matching is not something we can always remedy since items can sometimes "walk off" or break when multiple guests stay in a property. I do wish you would have let us know sooner about the dirty dishes and appliances. I see that we weren't made aware until your third day about this. If we'd been made aware after initial check in, we would've been more than happy to immediately sent someone to correct the issues. We did have both our hospitality supervisors come by after we were made aware, but it was very difficult to assess the situation since it was the third day of your stay. Again, we apologize for the issues and inconvenience you encountered and hope you will consider staying with us again in future!

There were stains on the bedding and couch and the master bathroom smelled a bit like a public restroom. The wallpaper was peeling. With just a few improvements and deep clean, this condo would be much better. The elevator was not working while we were there, making it a challenge for our older guest to go places.

The owner is in the process of updating the unit and the condo association is in the process of repairing the elevator. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit, lots of room for our group of 7 adults. Great property and beach access. The only negative, and it is a big one, is that you only get 2 parking passes. We had 3 cars and this was a big issue. Anything over 2 cars has to park in the adjacent public parking area that costs $5/hour, $25/day. The public parking fills up fast too. And we were there late September. All of the condos on the property were not full, so there were plenty of empty spaces while we were there. Would not stay here again because of the parking issues!

Glad to hear you enjoyed the Myers condo, Elizabeth! Wrightsville Dunes has several private beach accesses and private parking which is great for the busy summer. We do advertise openly that you are given two parking passes and arrangements should be made for additional cars - parking off the island is best in a public lot that you can shuttle back to if needed so you don't need to spend that extra amount in the paid lot. The parking is heavily monitored by the HOA and regardless if there are open spots, the property owners own those assigned spots with their unit. The condo is great and has a wonderful ocean view that makes it worth coming back for! Hope to see you again next time.

Beach vacation with Adult children

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the Myers property for the location and the ability to sleep 10 people that the loft provided. We were very happy with Bryant working to rectify many issues that this property has. It is in need of a serious update. There was only one counter stool and it looked like it was about to break. So there was really only eating space for 7 people. The loft is extremely under furnished. There is no tv up there. If you didn't need a bigger space with a loft I would rent one of the other properties at Wrightsville Dunes. The water in the tub in the master bedroom runs black at first. I am assuming that this is because it is rarely used since it is oversized.

Great Location, unit needs attention

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Meyers is a third floor unit with a great view of the ocean and very close to beach access and pools. I have to say the folks at Bryant Realty were exceptional with their communication and assistance when our washer broke down. I cannot say enough about their responsiveness to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay, they are 5 star worthy. The only negatives I can say are with the state of the unit itself. The washing machine had standing water in it and as mentioned earlier broke down and overflowed during our stay. The dining room table had several worn and rickety chairs that need replacing, there is also a countertop bar but oddly enough only one bar stool??? I assume the other stool broke at some point and was not replaced. The sliding glass door does not latch properly and the screen attached is missing parts and barely stays on track. The master shower door was inoperable on one side and the circular staircase carpet was in dire need of cleaning or replacement, the same with the handrail. A good coat of paint would go along way in hiding the wear on the railings. Its a shame because with a little upgrading this would be a great rental. Overall it was an ok experience, the unit is very spacious and with 4 kids on spring break it fit our needs but if your are somewhat OCD like me these fixable issues make it less appealing especially for the money. You could look else where and find a better value for the price.

Wonderful vacation at the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo for our family to rent for a week. Unit was large in size and a wonderful ocean-front view. The Kitchen was stocked w plenty of dishes, utensils, & cookware. Mattresses were comfortable, and the sofa was great. Plenty of deck furniture. Three bathrooms were nice though many persons share one of the bathrooms. Including four individuals in the loft. No bathroom in the loft so up/down the circular stairs. Overall furnishings were nice. Although the unit was great, a few issues follow. -- The fabric on the dining room chairs were very dirty and stained, and several were wobbly. Preexisting conditions that the owner and Realty Co should have noticed. Would they use the stained chairs? -- A lamp in the large living room was missing compared to preview pictures. Not a significant issue, but the large living room area only had one lamp on a side table. Dim lighting at night. We bought a lamp. Several of the bath towels provided by rental co were stained. Realty Co should expect clean no stained towels. Finally, when we had questions about the unit before our stay, or comments and requests during our stay, most went unanswered or reply pointed to owner. A simple question regarding the height of the master bed was unanswered after several requests and suggestions to obtain info. How easy for staff to measure the height and advise agent for reply to proposed renter. Upon arrival we changed the placement of platform and mattress with a "very" helpful realty employee. Done. Replies that owner is responsible was frustrating. We had high expectations that a great rental company would have noticed the condition of the chairs and told the owner to clean repair them. The Rental Co employees should walk thru and assess the condition of units before agreement to rent owner or before renting. Tip: carefully preview pictures of the rental unit. Furnishings, overall size and layout of unit, size of bedrooms, bathroom(s), what's missing, etc.

Summer vacation

Beautiful views, well appointed, albeit a bit dated. It's hard to find a beachfront property that will sleep 10 for this price. Only disappointments were parking which we were made aware of. The bigger issue was the elevator not working. Fortunately we received a discounted price because of it. Overall I would recommend this unit, just make sure you check about the elevator before booking, because it seems to be an ongoing issue.

Great Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space in the condo worked great for our group. It is dated, but functional. I wish the kitchen was better stocked with pot/pans. What was available was not very good. This was the first place we have stayed in Wilmington that did not offer beach chairs and toys. Besides that, we loved to condo, the view, and the beach. I would stay there again.

Myers condo in December

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Wrightsville Dunes condos. We've stayed in almost every building over the past 20+ years. This condo is great because there's a lobby code AND a door code so no keys to lose. The condo is dated compared to others. The queen room showers "screamed" when used (not the master). The area behind the furniture (beds, couches, chairs, etc.) was very dirty. Previous guests had left items, lots of dust, and dirt. The blinds in the master bedroom no longer work and are falling apart so no sleeping in on vacation. The price was amazing though. We did have to reset the wi-fi and the ice maker after 24 hours. We were concerned about the dryer lint trap because it wasn't visible. We had to climb on a chair to empty it. It was dangerously full. A note should be placed on the dryer in the future to reduce the risk of a fire. Limited cookware. The unit was clean on the surface. Just be aware updates are needed if you rent. We arrived late and received a call from Bryant to make sure we knew how to access our rental pack. Great service!

Place had an odd smell.

Jeffrey, thank you so much for your review and feedback from your stay at Myers! Glad to hear you were able to have lovely weather during your stay - this time of year can be finicky so the sunny, cool fall weather has been much appreciated! I will swing by the unit and check on the inventory to double check everything is stocked up as it should be to occupancy. If you ever feel something is missing be sure to give the office a call and we can have items delivered if they are required unit items. The carpets and upholstery are regularly carpet cleaned but some permanent staining may still be present. I will make note of your comments and add them to our file for owner review. We hope you will visit again next time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo water smelled awful, like eggs. The bathrooms were dated and moldy. The air vents were very dusty and moldy. Three of the kids got colds. When they left the condo it will dissipate, and as soon as they would go back inside their sniffling and sneezing revved up. The air quality is poor and the condo has the overall feeling of being dirty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. In fact, this condo could be great. . .but it's not. The owner doesn't care. I don't know if the carpet has EVER been replaced. Furniture was old and dingy. Main kitchen light wouldn't come on. Kitchen was sparse. The beach water sulfur smell was almost unbearable. I've rented from Bryant before with no issues. They should reconsider representing this condo until upgrades are made. I would not return to this property, which is a shame, as the location and layout are great. Just needs serious TLC, better cleaned, better maintained, better stocked up, etc.

Tracie, thank you for your review and feedback of the Myers unit. We heavily rely on guest feedback to encourage our owners to make improvements to the properties and I will be sure to pass your comments along. We work closely with the owners in the offseason to make improvements, so thank you! The carpet is regularly carpet cleaned and we also regularly do kitchen inventory. It may be a bit sparse after the back to back summer rentals this season so I have made a note to get in there to stock it back up with required items and enough items for the occupancy. The ocean view from this third floor unit is certainly one for the books so it is a shame you didn't like the rest of the unit! We have a large inventory of other properties, many in Wrightsville Dunes as well if you are willing to give our company another chance. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed in Wrightsville now for about 19 years. Many of the condos we stayed in were managed by Bryant. This time we experienced some not so good memories. We had no elevator for several days. We are seniors and we’re staying on the 3rd floor. The condo was NOT clean. I turned on the water in the master bedroom tub and nothing but black water poured out. The furniture is not in good shape. Dining room chairs were very unsteady. Pans were few and in terrible condition. Not sure we will stay here again.

Alice, thank you for your valued feedback on the Myers unit. Unfortunately, the elevator being affected is out of our control as the complex is managed by an HOA. While we did make you aware a week before your reservation, we are sorry that you had this inconvenience and completely understand the frustrations. Here are Bryant, we hold our housekeeping and inspecting staff to very high standards and work with them all closely to ensure compliance. This year has been a bit difficult with staffing due to COVID, unemployment, and lack of work force but we are doing the best we can with training those we can hire. I wish you made us aware when you arrived, as we have a housekeeper on call on Saturday to address any issues. I will personally speak with this housekeeper and go over our checklist and expectations. The unit is certainly not the most upgraded in Wrightsville Dunes that we rent, which is reflected in the price and clearly in the photos on our website. We would love to go over some other options with you for the next time you visit as we have many I know you would like, with elevators! We fully stock kitchen items at the beach office if guests are ever in need of anything so please be sure to let us know during your stay next time instead of after. I will personally evaluate the kitchen items on the next turn day and replace as needed, although inventory was recently done and new frying pans placed so maybe you mean cookie sheets? As for the black water, we do tell our staff to run the water between guests to clear the pipes since if they sit too long it collects sediment which is what you experienced, welcome to beach water! Keep us in mind for the next vacation and we will work to find you a unit that better suites your desires, and show you the true Bryant standard for cleaning. Take care.

Margaret - you did not provide much detail here for me to comment on although I was able to look into this reservation and found you were upset that the elevator was out of order for your stay. We understand that was probably an important reason you rented the unit, but it was out of our control since the unit is governed by an HOA. We did provide you a courtesy call before your stay to make you aware of this. The owner provided a partial refund for this inconvenience. Wish you the best in your future endeavors.
