Thank you for your feedback, Julie! We rely on guest feedback to encourage owners to make improvements. There is a provided vacuum in the back bedroom closet for guest use as well as a broom since all the floors are linoleum. Please know our housekeepers are held to very high cleaning standards, and the unit is thoroughly inspected after their clean to ensure it's up to those standards. Feel free to call our office if there are any cleanliness issues on your arrival, we would be happy to send a cleaner to correct any issues found so your stay is comfortable! Hope you were able to enjoy the downtown area of Wrightsville Beach, you were right in the heart. Hope to see you back!

We hold our cleaners to a high standard, and any time that standard is not met we are happy to send out a member of the hospitality team to preform an additional clean, as long as it is brought to our attention. We can bring to the owners attention your recommendations for updating the home, but this property is a more basic level accommodation and is priced as such. We hope with the mentioned aside that you and your family enjoyed your stay and were able to make some memories! Erol, thank you for your thorough review of the Bayview property! You are certainly a veteran renter here on the island and we appreciate you renting with us. Sorry to hear you had some issues with the front door, it looks like our tech was able to get out there the next day and readjust it for you! With the humidity, the door must have swelled but it is in working order now. This unit is a part of our student rental program so it wears more than other properties - sorry it did not live up to your expectations but do know we have all hands on deck to maintain properties before the season! It is important for us to be honest in our advertising in photos and descriptions so guests know exactly what they are getting when they arrive - and we feel this property has been advertised accurately and subsequently priced accordingly despite price comparisons at other properties you have visited. Thank you for reporting the issues you did so we could have the opportunity to correct them during your stay. We have about 250 rentals and would love to work with you next time you visit to pair you with a different unit that better suites your families needs! Keep us in mind and take care!

Shannon, we appreciate your review and feedback from your stay at Bayview! Sounds like the location worked out great for the kids being in the heart of downtown WB, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and more to keep you occupied. I will definitely make note of your suggestions and pass them along to the property owner. I know she is working diligently to make improvements currently with new mattresses, new sofas, and much more on the way we are excited to share down the road! The fridge is on order but appliances are a bit backed up currently due to the pandemic shortages which is why we had a loaner fridge in there! Hope that wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The parking can be quite difficult but the assigned parking ensures you will always have two spaces! Our reservation staff are always available to answer any questions you may have about a specific property during the booking process if you choose to look for a different unit next time you visit! Hope to host your family again!

The unit is certainly free of bells and whistles but it is still a cozy, spacious, and affordable unit right in the heart of downtown Wrightsville! Maintenance and management spent a lot of time in the unit before the season completing maintenance projects, a spring clean, and unit inventory so while it seems dated, it is definitely well kept. I will put in a maintenance request about the stove and make a note for the owner to review. I will also run down there on the next turn and see about replacing some pans. We appreciate you choosing to rent with our company and would absolutely love to see you guys back next time, keep us in mind!

Please note we have Housekeeping & Maintenance staff available 7 days a week incase anything should arise during your stay as we arent seeing anything reported in our system during your reservation. We apologize around the communication in the prior review regarding living room furniture, the owner had indeed ordered furniture but there was a set back and you are correct, it has not been replaced. It is still in the works though! We are also looking to include linens for the 2018 but has yet to be set in stone. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope you'll look us up on your next visit!
