Willkommen in Carolina Beach! Diese schöne vier Schlafzimmern, drei-Bad am Meer Duplex ist sechs Blocks südlich der Carolina Beach Boardwalk, und bietet ausreichend Platz für zehn Personen. Es verfügt über drei Ebenen, die über eine Treppe oder einen Aufzug zu erreichen.

Die untere Ebene hat ein direkt am Meer Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad und einer Straßenseite Schlafzimmer und WC. Die Hauptebene ist, wo Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche zu finden, ein WC, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer mit eigenem Deck. Die dritte Ebene verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer mit eigenem Bad und einer brandneuen Königsmatratze sowie ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Ein schöner Panoramablick auf das Meer sind aus dem offenen Design dieses Hauses sichtbar.

Während in der Gegend, sollten Sie die Carolina Beach Boardwalk zu überprüfen, wo Sie Geschäfte, Restaurants und die Sommer-Aktivitäten wie Feuerwerk, Karneval Fahrten und Live-Musik zu finden. This was our second stay at this house. It had plenty of room to spread out, had lovely beach decorations and was clean. It seemed to be recently renovated. I loved having the sliders open to the fresh ocean breezes. The kitchen had all the accroutements that we needed. It was great for the kids to go to the beach whenever they got up. The management company was very accomodating. The elevator didn't work for several days, but we were fairly compensated for it. I highly recommend this location, house and Bryant Real Estate.

Great week at Carolina Beach

Have been going to OBX since 1963!...but due to Covid last year we went to CB and are going to come back every year. It's a great a little beach town and the beaches are more accessible than OBX (not the huge dunes you find in Corolla) and the drive in and out of the area is easer. The house was beachfront which makes the whole vacation that much more. The house was nice - but definitely needs some upgrades in den furniture and somewhat cluttered a bit in the kitchen. House is amazing though and I don't really go to the beach for the amenities so it didn't effect my visit other than I noticed some things looked old and probably needed replacing a couple years ago. Great time - loved it.

Not only does Whitney sit right on the beach with private (shared with C121) beach access, this massive townhouse also sits near shops, restaurants, and even Carolina Beach Lake Park were you can enjoy a picnic or watch the geese swim by. Did you have the chance to check out Kure Beach while visiting? Kure Beach is located at the end of Carolina Beach and offers some amazing amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Not only can you tour Fort Fisher and learn about the history in our area, you can also take the ferry over to historic Southport and explore while enjoying great shops and restaurants just like CB. Right past Fort Fisher you will also find our beautiful aquarium with the all new otter exhibit this year! The fun here never seems to end! Thank you for the feedback concerning the furniture and the items in the kitchen. We have taken note and will discuss some options with the owners. Thank you again for allowing Whitney to host your beach vacation! We're more than excited to see you again next year!

The house was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed, and the separate floors was nice for keeping the two families separated. Close to dining, and boardwalk, can walk to pick up dinner from a few places which was nice. A couple things the house can improve on, new appliances since the ice machine didn’t work on the fridge , and the dishwasher didn’t work well. The dining situation is not good for young kids (all high top seating).

Perfect escape for the family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brought my family here to find some sense of normalcy during the coronavirus pandemic. Things aren't exactly normal yet, but that didn't matter. The ocean waves still roll in and out, the beach is still warm and fun, and places like this give you the opportunity to reconnect with family, relax, and escape from the world as we know it. The house was perfect. I brought my 78 year old mother-in-law, who hadn't seen the ocean in years, and is limited in her ability to get around. The elevator was the perfect amenity to have to let her enjoy her stay without having to navigate the many stairs. The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies and clean linens. We even had fun with the many beach toys and games that allowed us to enjoy our days and evenings with the kids. But the best part is the view of the beach, as well as proximity to the boardwalk area of Carolina Beach. Some of our favorite Carolina Beach bars and restaurants were closed (or limited in service), and we certainly missed them, but taking advantage of takeout and delivery services just gave us more time to enjoy this wonderful place! This is a 5-star rental across the board. I can't wait to come back here!

Fantastic View

I spent Labor Day weekend at the beach for my birthday and loved the place, the views are amazing and there’s nothing like waking up to ocean waves. Our check in process was pretty quick and effortless, the property was clean upon arrival and we did enjoy our time here I will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Plenty of serving trays and utensils in the kitchen, extra blankets, and even beach toys for use by renters. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the boardwalk, lake, restaurants and shops. We had a great week and would definitely love to stay here again. The only issue we had was it wasn’t cleaned at 4:00 when we arrived.

The only thing that gave us any trouble was the elevator.... it seems to have it work properly, you can't have the lights on in the elevator and then it seemed to work fine. Maybe they've fixed that by now. But other than that... it is a wonderful place and we had the best vacation ever. Plan on coming back next summer and staying there again!!!!

It could have been cleaner because someone had had a dog in the house. It did have staples in the fridge and cupboards which was nice tho' contrary to the rules! We had a wonderful week!

Thanks so much for the review! We did have a service dog in the week prior - if you had let us know we would have gladly sent the cleaning crew back. We do state that these items in the cupboards are not available (because we cant ensure they are there).. but often times you luck out ;)

2019 Summer Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival to our unit, we found the door of the refrigerator full of stuff which we had to empty before putting our stuff in. The dishwasher had been run but not emptied so we had to empty that. There were towels still in the washer. We chose this unit because it came with a BBQ. That was no where to be found and after contacting Bryant, them contacting the owner, it was determined that it was no longer an option. Bryant's suggestions to us was to rent one from them or buy one ourselves. Unacceptable! I contacted Bryant again when returning home, got an immediate response that my email would be forwarded to a property manager and now four days later have heard nothing. With that said, we loved the location and the unit.

Janet thank you for your feedback and review. The owner had requested that we leave these items in the refrigerator for guest to use, we apologize that was an issue for you. The dishwasher should have been emptied and there should not have been anything left in the washer. BBQ grills are difficult to keep up in this salt air, we typically don't advertise them due to the fact that they rust out or people leave food on them and it can turn out to be a diaster, that is why we offer the option of renting a grill. The Whitney property is a lovely home and I do hope you had a nice vacation. I would be glad to discuss these issues with you at anytime, and I do hope that you will come back and visit uext year. Kent's Week at Whitney

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second year's week of vacation was even better than last year's. Love that we had plenty of room in the Whitney vacation home and loved the fact that we had our own access to the beach via the newly replaced boardwalk. The weather cooperated much better this year and our two sons, their wives and our 3 year old granddaughter loved every minute.

Great House, Great Beach, avoid the construction

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carolina Beach and the house we stayed in, The Whitney were great. We were not warned that the lot next door has a house under construction. The construction crew continually blocked our driveway. They moved when we asked, but were back in a short time. Wait till the construction is over.

Hi Michael- thank you for your feedback! We are so glad you enjoyed this home and Carolina Beach, but we do apologize about the construction. Unfortunately, when construction is happening in the area, we have no control over it, but we understand that it diminishes the quality of your stay and we hate that. We hate to hear about the crew taking up your space- that certainly puts a damper on your vacation and makes coming and going difficult. I'm so sorry that you had all that trouble, but do hope you were still able to have a good time. We hope to see you back at the beach again soon!

overall a good trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice duplex. There was plenty of space and great beach access. The beach was not crowded. There is construction next door which wasn't great. Sometimes the driveway was blocked and we had to ask someone to move. If you are a late sleeper the noise is an issue. I know this isn't something that the realtor has any control over. The carpeting and furniture could use a good cleaning but otherwise the rental was pretty clean. The kitchen was well stocked and all the little notes from the owner made us feel very welcome. We were there with our kids and grandkids and everyone had a great time.

Thank you for understanding that we have no control over it, but we do wish that you had had a more peaceful stay. Great Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this home encourages a second -- or third -- visit! The home was visually clean, except for the stair steps, which is understandable during the summer season. The owner provided everything vacationers could ask for, and then some! The only complaint we had here was that there were so many things provided, there wasn't room for the things we brought! The first floor air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived, but it was quickly fixed. We had some concerns when originally booking, since the Whitney is so close to hotels and the Boardwalk. These fears were unfounded! The beach at our site was always calm and open. The only complaint we had was that the people staying in the unit beside us made off with a pair of our Tevo sandals and an umbrella the owners left for renters' use, but that cannot be controlled. When time to depart arrived, we wanted to stay! We will certainly stay at this home in the future.
