Two bedroom lakehouse at the end of a peaceful cove. This home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bathrooms are on the smaller side with one being attached to a bedroom and the other accessible through the hallway. There is a fixed dock and floating covered dock. During the summer/spring/fall, the water fills the cove. For the winter, the lake’s water level has been lowered and the cove has partially dried out. There is a wonderful screened in back deck that is perfect for enjoying the weather. Access to the boat ramp is available upon request.

Tim’s Ford lake is one of the best lakes around with beautiful shoreline and clear water. There are multiple marinas on the lake that serve food and drinks while also providing live music on the weekends. The state park offers a golf course, hiking trails, and boat rentals.
