Guests will have access to the complete house.
1) No parties or proms (Quiet time after 11 pm)
2) Guests will follow all house rules in welcome message, house manual and binder
3) Backyard Pool is available and expected to be open from Memorial Day to Mid October. However, please note that the pool heating will be charged extra @150$/night.
4) All guests MUST be registered. Unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per guest per night
5) Guests must follow all rules posted in welcome message
6) Children/Pets must be supervised by an adult in the backyard area
7) No Smoking/ Firearms/fire crackers inside or around the property. You maybe fined up to $1500 for any violations plus asked to pay damages
8) We may ask for Government ID at check in
9) We charge a late checkout fee of $100 per hour after 10 am
10) The linens and sheets will be provided but the bed making will be charged extra
