Neu gebaut, dieses spektakuläre neue Anwesen liegt direkt am Meer mit atemberaubenden Panoramablick von fast jedem Zimmer. Genießen Sie vier Etagen Wohnfläche konkurrenzlos bei Higgins Beach sowie 4000 Quadratmetern direkt am Meer Grünflächen.

Von Oktober bis Mai ist nur ein Master zur Verfügung. Hotel bietet außerdem ein Gourmet-Küche, Gas-Kamin und drei Sammelplätzen. Dieses beeindruckende Haus wird ideal für große oder Multi-Familien, die gemeinsam Urlaub. Gäste müssen eigene Bettwäsche (Bettwäsche und Handtücher) zu liefern.

Volle Wochen (Samstag bis Samstag) während der Hochsommersaison, kürzere Aufenthalte von mindestens drei Übernachtungen.

This house is spectacular for a large family like ours. The location was perfect. The layout was also very thoughtful. Everyone had their own space. The only thing to note is that you have to bring your own sheets, towels (face, hand, body), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. It was written in the description though at the bottom and I missed it. I think for a house this size and at this price point this information should be highlighted and in bold font at top of the listing as it is easy to miss.

A perfect long weekend stay

This was our second time at family tides and we hope to return again! The home is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were traveling with several families with young kids and everyone had their own space when needed while the living area is also large enough to accommodate a big group. Great property. Beautiful beach I would recommend providing linens and bathroom soaps. People traveling long distances would rather have those there and included in the fees.

Great for family gatherings!

Some what challengingly packing blankets towels sheets for airplane travel. That being said, it was clearly stated in information. It was a perfect location for large family gathering for a family wedding close by. The home, sunrises, beach we’re all spectacular.

Wonderful Weekend

This is a beautiful house in a great location. We enjoyed a weekend away with extended family for my mothers’s 70th birthday. The house is well equipped and communication was excellent.

Beautiful and Unforgettable

We had our bridal party stay for a long weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The only struggle was having guests who flew because of the need to bring sheets and towels but that was an easy fix with people bringing extra who drove or renting through a company! Absolutely recommend.

Great place for people watching

Your view could not be better. Directly across the street from the beach, the people and dog watching was perfect (off season dogs allowed on the beach). There was plenty of room to spread out. I only wish the northern states would catch up to southern states by providing linens and towels. Also remember your hair dryer. With those two exceptions the home was exceptionally well appointed with plenty of dishes and pans. The downstairs second refrigerator was great for extra food storage. We were lucky to have a warm May weekend so we spent a lot of time on the deck. The dining room table had plenty of room for all to eat and was a great bathing place for evening games. Sadly, we were not here for a vacation but for a family funeral and this home offered a place for family be together. There is nothing more healing than waking up to the sound of the ocean.

Incredible Stay

Our vacation at Family Tides was nothing short of magical. The house is spectacular and great for a large family or several families that want to get together and enjoy a gorgeous and unspoiled beach. For families with young kids, the ease of being able to run back across the street to the house was such a game changer. The kids spent hours on the beach enjoying the tides and splashing in the water. The kitchen is huge and very well equipped. The bedrooms are large and the lay out is extremely well done. We would rent again and again and again!

Flawless

With the exception of a slight hiccup upon arrival - which was address and resolved by the management in a timely manner, our stay was flawless. Everything as advertised and was a beautiful home. Appreciated the attention to detail from the labeled lights switches to the specifics in the home notebook made it easy to follow direction to be good renters. Well thought out rental property which makes for a more relaxing vacation.

A beautiful place!

We had such a wonderful time at this property over the Easter weekend. We were able to bring together three generations in this amazing house. Everyone was able to have their own space when needed, but we were also able to enjoy walks on the beach or games and meals at the large dining table. The views were spectacular, especially waking up in the master suite or enjoying coffee from one of the many nooks with ocean views. We would welcome an opportunity to stay at this perfectly located, immaculate, well kept home again! Please note that linen service (sheets and towels, but not beach towels) for a long weekend in the off season was $600.

Great stay for a big group

We had a great time in Higgins Beach! The house was well appointed and everything was easy to find. The view is incredible and we watched surfers (even on 30 degree mornings) from the living room. Plenty of parking for 6 cars, right on the beach, walk-able neighborhood with beautiful views the entire time. We would love to come back!

Took all the labor out of Labor Day Weekend

Great views, spectacular location, and a highly useable space to accommodate our large group of friends and family. We were able to utilize all the amenities- outside grilling and chilling, beach walks, lawn games, and a lot of shared laughs around the dinner table. Evryone felt welocmed,and there was space for everyone. Highly recommended- a real treat

Incredible location and house

This house is the perfect beach getaway! It has the best spot on the beach with an amazing front yard facing the ocean (literally steps away from the sand). The house is very well equipped and the distribution of bedroom/bathrooms is perfect. All rooms and beds are very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the lower level has its own living room and kitchen which is very convenient. The hosts, Sunny and Ellen, are extremely nice and very responsible. Overall amazing experience!

What a great place to gather a hoard of family and friends! Absolutely stunning views. Great kitchen for entertaining and gathering. Very very clean. It would be nice if linens were provided as guests were both driving and flying in. And maybe a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Fabulous Family Vacation

This house is absolutely perfect! The enormous kitchen and dining area allowed us to comfortably feed 16 people all weekend. Plenty of bathrooms bedrooms and hang out space. The location is wonderful only steps from the beach! Rent this place, it will not disappoint

We had a great time. The location across the street from the beach was perfect. The home itself is bright, clean, and spacious. They had some baby gear on hand, too, which was really helpful to us (pack n play, bed rails). Having to bring our own linens was the only downside, but I understand that this is the case with many rental homes in the area.

The Callahan family first came to Higgins Beach in 1947, when Philip Callahan, grandfather of current owner, Michael Gentile, brought his wife Joyce to the beach for the first time after WWII. The Callahan/ Gentile family has never missed a summer at Higgins in 66 years! Over the years, the family has grown exponentially and all of its members have developed Philip's love and attachment to Higgins. Today, over 30 family members and friends, including several 4th generation Higgins Beachers make an annual trip or two to Higgins. As the family grew in size, it was increasingly difficult to find enough homes to rent to allow the family to be together at the beach they all love so much.

Location, location, location! The idea of Family Tides was born out of love for Higgins Beach and out of necessity; a big house where multiple families and generations can gather to enjoy this great place! We know many families share similar histories and love for Higgins. We hope this house will allow other families and friends to all stay under one roof and create memories of their own for decades to come.
