Unfortunately it is not possible for us to gauge the amount of gas left in the tank for the grill. As such, the house is always equipped with a spare tank. All renters are encouraged to call our manager when the tank runs out so that they do not have to pay out of pocket to replace. The house is always fully stocked with extra toilet paper as well as other essential products. They are kept in a storage unit in the garage. Kitchen essentials such as can openers and baking sheets are available in the kitchen. The pool heater is never turned off. The temperature is always set to 84 degrees. Upon special request, the temperature can be raised before check in.

We are glad that the decor and amenities in the home and pool area are comfortable and appealing to our guests. Upon arrival, all guests are greeted by our manager who gives a tour of the home and property and provides his number to be used if there is anything in the home that guests cannot find or are having a problem with. The home is equipped with outdoor grilling utensils. These utensils are stored in the outdoor kitchen. In the future, we will ensure that they be kept in a more easily found place. We have never experienced any forced entry nor have we had any issues with the dead bolt on the home. Our pool is cleaned weekly and as needed. In the event of extreme weather or other circumstances that may leave the pool beneath the expected standard, our pool company is readily available to provide any necessary services. Our goal is to make our guests as comfortable as possible. If something does not look right, we are happy to try and improve it. Due to the warm climate, even the finest of homes will have an unwanted pest at some point or another. Much effort goes into ensuring that the home is bug free. Part of the regular maintenance of our home includes scheduled pest control by a reputable company. Finally, our sincerest apologies for the noise level and inconveniences our guests may experience related to the local road construction; it came as a surprise to us as well. Unfortunately, at the time of our bookings we were unaware of this issue.

Our pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. We do our utmost to ensure that it is as clean as possible in between the days it is serviced, however, the wind and rain are obviously not in our control and invariably there will be some debris in the pool in between cleanings. Once patio furniture begins to show signs of weathering and wear they are replaced. Our grill was recently refurbished and is carefully cleaned in between each guest’s stay. Duvet covers are washed between every booking. We have an exterminator contracted for monthly maintenance as is necessary with the Boca Raton climate. If insects were found during a guest’s stay we encourage the guests to let us know as soon as it happens so that we can send our exterminator out to the property to deal with the issue. Anything in the house that is not working, including TVs should also be brought to the attention of our manager so that it can be attended to as soon as possible. We do our utmost to provide a clean, relaxing and safe environment for our guests. We welcome any and all feedback and encourage our guests to communicate with us during their stay so that we can provide them with a most comfortable and enjoyable experience.
