When first walking in you are welcomed by stunning floor to ceiling wood workings and modern décor. Start your morning off with a fresh cup of hot coffee on the wrap around deck, soaking in the morning sunrise or take a short walk around the quiet neighborhood. After your morning routine, it’s time for everyone to head out for a day filled with adventure! In the Winter, spend the day out on the slopes skiing or snowboarding as this home resides in the Ski in/ Ski out community. You could also take the family out and head over to the Deep Creek Fun Zone for an afternoon filled with pizza, arcade games or even laser tag. There’s plenty to do in the Summer as well! Spend the day boating across the lake where you can dock at several of the restaurants for a delicious family lunch. Make sure to check out the many hiking trails at the State Park or spend the afternoon on the mountain roller coaster! After a day full of adventure head home to enjoy the many different amenities offered throughout the home including an EV charger for your car, or the indoor wood fireplaces. Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. Access is for fishing and use of lakeside pavilion only. No swimming, kayaking, or launching of other vessels permitted.

This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.
