The space
Located on the main floor is a comfortable living room and new kitchen with floor to ceiling windows at the back to enjoy the view. There is also a half bathroom including a toilet and sink, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and another bedroom with a bunk bed.
The upstairs features a sitting area with a futon where you’ll still be able to enjoy the view, full bathroom with shower/bath tub and one bedroom with a king sized bed.
*There is no first floor shower/bath tub
Guest access
This home has a very nice large yard. The area to the west of the home where there is a bench is public property.
Other things to note
There is a fireplace in the living room however it cannot be used.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
There are two TVs available with fire stick that you will be able to access Netflix, Hulu, etc with your passwords (there is no cable)
