Relax and enjoy staying at our Beautiful, meticulously maintained vacation home with Attention to detail! This bright, warm home offers the perfect staycation for you and your family or friends. Make unforgettable memories, relax, and enjoy! Also, we offer a discounted rate for weekly or monthly stays.

The home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, a modern and cozy living room, a lovely dining room, an open concept kitchen, an office, and a laundry room. Outdoors is a spacious, fenced in backyard with a fire pit and propane grill. Also, there is a large screened in back porch for relaxing and additional dining. The living room has 2 full size modern and comfortable couches and a large comfy recliner. Also, a smart tv, games and a poker set.

The dining room is warm & inviting seating 6. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with standard condiments and spices. There is a Keurig and also a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. The laundry room is stocked with washing supplies.
The bedrooms all have plenty of closet space (master has 2). Master has a king and smart tv, 2nd bedroom a queen, and 3rd a twin (also a double high queen air mattress).

The office is just the private space if you need to get some work done. Also, for your enjoyment are several books, a keyboard, and a guitar.

The house is only minutes from shopping and several restaurants. Close to beaches, Indian River Lagoon, golfing, fishing, air boat rides, etc. Decompress at Turkey Creek Sanctuary where you can enjoy beautiful boardwalks for hiking, mountain biking trails, or kayaking. Enjoy Brevard Zoo and the popular Viera area. Do some shopping at Melbourne Square or catch a show at the Kings Center. Centrally located on the East Coast providing lots of day trip opportunities. Enjoy Orlando for the day, or head down to Palm Beach and enjoy all City Place has to offer or a show at the Kravis Center.

We have been vacation rental owners for 14 years and take pride in our vacation homes. Many rental properties are managed by third parties and owners that live out of state. What a great home. Spotlessly clean and well appointed, everything you need. Neighborhood was quite and close to several shopping areas. Host was incredibly responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful, clean, and as shown in photos. It felt very homey and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the little extras (spices, condiments, etc) were appreciated. The kids room was very cute, and the dollhouse would be perfect for a young girl! The master bedroom and bathroom are very large and comfortable, but the second bedroom is a little small and the other couple with us said the bed was a little uncomfortable. The host, Laura, was very nice and communication was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Laura’s home was exceptional! Perfect in every way from bath bombs to comfortable clean beds and furniture. Roomy and open enough for the grandkids who stayed a couple of times too! The neighborhood is peaceful and location is perfect. I stayed an entire month and it always felt like going into my own home each day. Cleanliness is a HUGE deal for us when VRBOing and this fit the bill to a T. Laura was quick to respond to my texts and always pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT, a home away from home!!

The home was so clean and had all of the amenities you need! The furnishings and decor were high end and adorably themed! Over the moon!

We really enjoyed staying there. The hostess was always available to answer any questions we had. The house was very clean and inviting! Stayed for 5 days and they were super relaxing! I would give this place and hostess 1000% if it were available in the rating scale. We will be booking again the next time we go down to visit family again for sure

Wonderful home

This rental house is immaculate and comfortable. Laura was an amazing house providing accurate and timeline communication. The location was convenient for shopping, restaurants, and I95. We enjoyed our stay at this location and will look into this property again for future visits to this area.

We’ll be back!

This property suited our needs perfectly! I needed to work during our week long stay visiting family nearby and I loved having a separate office with a desk and Internet access strong enough to work on my laptop and host several very important video business calls. Laura was wonderful to communicate with and warm hospitality was evident in all the special touches and amenities in every room. Everything was so clean too! I highly recommend!

Comfy and clean

The home was very nice and clean. I found anything I needed was there for my use. Beds were comfy. Good quailty towels, bath mats, and sheets. The screened porch was big and opened out to a private fenced yard. The host was very responsive.

Felt like home!

This house is as described! If you want to go somewhere and feel as though you are home, this is the place. I will try to book this home EVERYTIME I drive down. It's a quiet, clean neighborhood as well. I chose to stay in Palm Bay because I know the area better, my son and his little family live in Melbourne, I felt I was in the middle. The only complaint my mother had....no coffee scoop! LOL,, IF you like coffee, the owner has you set up! Anyway, I'm late adding this review, but I still wanted to share how great the house is, and the lanai is wonderful as well! The owner is also one of the sweetest ladies....

Spacious home in Palm Bay, FL.

This spacious home had everything we needed. Comfortable ample seating in the living room, three bedrooms, large patio, large fenced backyard an office with an elliptical machine, and two car garage. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook for the family . We enjoyed family dinners at the large dining table. Bedding was cozy. I was able to see a rocket launch standing by the back fence. Master suite was beautiful with a soaking tub and shower. The home was stocked with literally everything you can think of and more. The home was also clean and organized. Communication with the host, Laura, was excellent. She was accommodating to our specific needs while we were there. I personally will plan to stay here again in the future, and I highly recommend this home to others visiting the area. Thank you Laura for a fabulous stay!

Palm Bay delight

I don't know where to start. If you're looking in Palm Bay, you must book this home. There wasn't a thing that Laura didn't think of to provide for our comfort. Completely stocked kitchen, bathroom, linens, comfortable furniture and a spotless environment. Laura responded to my every question usually instantly. The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood in which we talked with the neighbors several times. Very friendly. We saw 3 rocket launches from the back yard and is close enough to the beach to go daily if you desire. Rush hour traffic is a bear so plan accordingly. If we knew for sure that we were returning to the area next year I would have already rebooked. Thank you again Laura for a great stay!

Nous avons tout aimé. La maison, la belle grande galerie entourée de moustiquaires, les électro-ménagers, la vaisselle et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Nous avons aussi aimé le secteur paisible et sympathique de Palm Bay, les restaurants et le beau parc Turky Creak. Seulement 2 choses à déplorer;: 1- les oreillers étaient trop durs. Mal au cou2- Les couettes de lit des 2 grandes chambres. Trop lourdes, trop chaudes
