The Room didn't ha e the same furniture as shown in the pictures.

Room was dirty, we had to re-wash the dishes, the carpet was stained, the pull out bed/couch was new, ( not the one shown in the listing) but not comfortable to sit on, and the king bed was way to hard for our liking. (personal preference)

Location was fantastic, 5 minute walk to the beach and the main drag in Waikiki with all the restaurants and shopping. Check-in/out was easy and the parking spot was a blessing. Reviewer Comments: The positives about the condo was it's location and the kitchen, everything else needed TLC. The couch was dirty, carpet was not tacked down and curling up so you would trip walking, the floor lamp was broken and to hold it in place a bag of sand was used to secure it in place, the furniture had much wear and tear, and the shower curtain rod was rusty. I would not rent this condo again.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The location is only a block away from the beach and the Honolulu zoo. We had views of the ocean and Diamond Head. The room was perfect size for 3 of us. Separate master for me and the wife, while our teenage son used the sofa bed. Kitchen was well stocked with pot, pans and utensils. Made it nice to cook our own dinners at night. The only issue that we experienced during our stay was the hotel had to shut the water off for about 8 hours due to construction. This was not out of the property managers control, but they did discount our rate for that day. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
