Located uniquely between 2 of Portland's most popular districts (Pearl District & NW 23rd). You can walk to everything. Lots of great Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theaters, grocery stores, parks, etc. The Portland Streetcar is a block away. Very bike friendly as well.
Very close to major Portland business areas. OHSU, Good Samaritan Hospital, the entire downtown. All conveniently accessible.
The space
This space occupies the entire main floor of house. Has private separate entrance. Wonderful old world charm. Features original wood moldings, 12' ceiling throughout. Big, comfortable bedroom with queen size bed. Huge living room. Kitchen, dining area. Lots of closet space. Two huge glass sliding doors opening up to private deck with peaceful garden view.
It is possible to have 4 guests occupy this unit. There is a really comfy rollaway bed with a memory foam mattress available in the unit which would sleep 1.
A queen size Aero Bed is also available on request which can sleep 2 people.
Both Rollaway Bed and Aero Bed would probably be best to set up in the Living room for privacy.

This is my 3rd airbnb unit i have listed. The 2 other units I have listed are doing very well and are occupied on a regular basis. The guest reviews have been great!
I have taken much care in this new unit to get it up and running. After setting up two previous ones, I like to think I've learned a thing or to.
I think this unit turned out the best! I've spent much time planning and decorating. This place is comfortable and relaxing. There is everything you need in the kitchen. High quality appliances, pots & pans, etc. The bedroom is spacious and comfy.
This place will be great for a month stay or longer for work or play.

The previous guest who stayed in this unit had a few issues and moved out about a week early.
He never made me aware of what was going on until he left.
He had problems with a person living above this unit. Excessive noise at night and cigarette butts flicked from above onto his deck out back.
I have dealt with this person and feel that this issue has been taken care of. I feel awful that I did not have a chance until he moved out to be made aware of this issue!
