Guests have full access to the three bedroom home, two car garage, 27 hole golf course and 2 community pools.

Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more!

The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks.

Car transportation is definitely recommended. Uber/Lyfts are more than welcomed. Please send your license plate number prior to your stay, this will allow you to enter/exit from multiple streets. There is a 2 car garage and driveway for you to park. Please no overnight street parking.

Please no over night street parking, doing so may lead to a tow or ticket from HOA

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am

Landscaping will be every Thursday.

Pool tech will be each Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool

Pool keys are hanging by the Welcome sign for the 2 community pools.

Pool – Pool heating offered at additional cost. Please contact us directly.

Spa – Spa heating will be at no cost to the guest. Spa will be off during quiet hours.

Pool & Spa Liability Waiver and Release of all Claims and Assumption of Risk

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. The Guest will use the pool & spa at their own risk. The Guest assumes all risks of bodily injury or death resulting from use of the pool & spa located on the premises. This assumption of risk extends to all guest, their minor children, or anyone else on the property.


PRECAUTIONS. The Guest agrees to take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the pool & spa. These precautions include, but are not limited to, locking any entrances to the pool & spa when unsupervised by an adult. No running or diving. No glassware around the pool & spa. Individuals unable to swim or children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use the pool & spa unsupervised. An adult Guest must be present at all times.

Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.
