Inside the threshold of the home you'll find a bright interior full of natural light and airy ambiance, with a spacious sitting area to host a movie night on the large TV. Enjoy the bright decor as your prepare meals and snacks in the full and roomy kitchen, then indulge in the food and good conversation at the dining table set for six. A charming breakfast nook is available for those who wish to host a fashionable brunch or just enjoy a small space to sip their morning coffee. There are plenty of places to rest your head with five beds in the house, all comfortable and with pleasant views. The main suite has a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a sizable walk-in shower. As for the outdoors, enjoy a barbecue on the grill with your loved ones on the patio, equipped with furniture and a beach umbrella for shade. Indulge in the West Coast sunset while sipping on your evening glass of wine, relaxing in the pool spa, and enjoying the view.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: A Ring doorbell security camera is installed on the front door.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
