Southern Comfort ist ein luxuriöses 5BR / 4BA-Ferienhaus, das Platz für 14 Personen bietet und nur 50 Schritte vom Zugang zum Gated Beach und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Gated Community Pool entfernt ist. Die Küche ist schön und funktionell mit Edelstahlgeräten, schönen Schränken, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und einer übergroßen Speisekammer mit Hartholzböden im ganzen Haus.

Ebenfalls in der ersten Etage finden Sie einen großen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner mit besonders großer Kapazität sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und eigenem Bad.

Die oberen Etagen bieten geräumige Schlafzimmer, darunter eine beeindruckende Mastersuite im zweiten Stock. Genießen Sie einen ruhigen Moment in der Sitzecke oder entspannen Sie in der großen Badewanne im Hauptbadezimmer.

Neben der Master Suite befindet sich ein Queen-Schlafzimmer mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem geräumigen Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken.

Die dritte Etage bietet Platz für vier Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett in einem Schlafzimmer und einem Queensize-Bett im anderen. Diese Zimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer.

Great location and responsive, friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay!! A group of 13 friends and family spent spring break here. There was plenty of space, the location was right in the middle of everything with beach access just across the road, management was friendly and prompt in responding to answer questions we had. The house provided all the essentials we needed to have a home away from home. We would definitely come here again!

Great house, great location!

Best place I’ve rented on Miramar Beach. Great location, half way between Popano Joes and Whales Tale, next to Bad Ass Coffee…. Private beach access directly across the street, great Front porch on both first and second levels, big bedrooms and nice and updated bathrooms and kitchen… the pool is small but our 7 and 2 year old granddaughters loved it and was a nice warm sitting pool for the adults… nice community pool as well. This was perfect for our 10 person visit!
