Welcome to the Spring St. Cottage! Our 100yr old newly remodeled home is located in the heart of New Albany. Beautifully decorated living space with spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings, and great amenities. We have a fully fenced backyard ideal for those traveling with little ones and pets. A perfect choice for couples, families, and groups. We are just minutes from downtown New Albany, 10 minutes from the YUM center in downtown Louisville, and only 10 miles from Churchill Downs.

We want your stay to be enjoyable, welcoming, and relaxing. Our home features a beautiful entry way upon your arrival with live plants, deep colors, and a creative style. The main level features the primary bedroom with darling little sitting area, living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room that can seat up to 10 (please ask for table leaf if needed), and a full bathroom with washer/dryer (laundry soap available).

The second level boasts 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom with standup shower. Each bathroom has shampoo/conditioner/body wash available as well as a blowdryer.
Please note that the 3rd bedroom upstairs is a walk-through for the 4th bedroom/kids room, perfect for parents of young children. We also have a pack'n'play available with sheets for your littles, just ask! A portable high chair is ready for you as well, located to the right of the fridge.

Enjoy a cup of coffee in our sweet little sunroom right off the kitchen, or run around in the fully fenced backyard beneath the trees. Enjoy the benefits of our outdoor propane fire pit. We have multiple board games to choose from located in the kitchen cabinet under the wine glasses, along with a few different genres of books to read for your enjoyment.

Street parking is available as well as multiple parking spaces behind the home with alley access.

PET POLICY:
We love welcoming your pets for a small fee, but are only allowing non-shedding dogs under 30lbs. Please be courteous by picking up after your pet. If your pet enjoys sitting or sleeping on furniture, please bring a sheet or blanket to put down. Thank you!
