Simplicity boasts a prime location on Forest Street, just a five-minute walk to the beach, town, and the West End Pool. Guests can enjoy convenient access to over 40 shops and restaurants, all just steps from home. This beautifully renovated home features designer furnishings and multiple outdoor living spaces, including two open-air porches—upstairs and downstairs—and a lighted side deck with Adirondack seating for five, perfect for relaxing evenings.

Arrive to designated parking and step onto the front porch with seating for two, overlooking the lighted side deck, ideal for a nightcap or quiet morning coffee. Inside, the living room welcomes you with a sofa, four club chairs, and a large mounted flat-screen TV, perfect for family movie nights or catching the game. Adjacent to the living space is a large wooden farmhouse table with seating for eight beneath two elegant chandeliers. The fully renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a spacious double-door Sub-Zero fridge, stone countertops, upscale cookware, and stylish lighting, making family meals at home effortless.
The first floor offers two bedrooms sharing a beautifully updated hall bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The master bedroom features a king bed with dresser and dual nightstands, while the second bedroom is a custom-built bunk room with a double-over-double bunk bed and mounted TV, perfect for kids. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath. The third bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, small closet, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, dual nightstands, club chair, small closet, and a private bathroom with a marble vanity and tub/shower combination.

Just off the upstairs bedrooms, a second large open-air porch features seating for two and a swing overlooking Forest Street and the side yard. A spiral staircase leads to the enclosed bonus tower, designed as a movie and game room for kids and teens, complete with three bean bag chairs, a PS4 game station, and multiple games—a perfect hideaway for rainy days.
Just off the back of the home, an open-air deck invites you to unwind with Adirondack seating for three, overlooking a fenced backyard and a charcoal grill—ideal for evening cookouts after a sun-filled day.

Loved the location, which was a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. So lovely! I hope to be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall great experience with the staff at Homeowner's Collection. The location of the property was great. The actual home was just OK. I would NOT recommend if you have more than one family staying there. There is a "Juliet balcony" style open staircase and hallway, making everything you do heard upstairs in all the rooms. Very hard if you have smaller kids you are trying to put to bed early (plus the bunk room is on the first floor right by the living room.) The sheets and beds were nice, but there were old bulky dressers in the rooms that could have been nicer and in one room a very large unnecessary chair that took up most of the walking room. The drawer liners in the kitchen were cheap and dated and there were big scuffs in some places. The couches and chair were very comfortable and nice. So overall it was fine, but not great especially for families with kids.
