Inside, a queen bed with fresh linens, living area with TV, and a decorative fireplace (not for use). Refreshment station includes mini-fridge, microwave, and drip coffee maker for quick snacks and drinks. Heated for cool weather; fans available in summer. A comfortable, practical choice for two.
The Flume, a cozy one-bedroom riverside cabin, sits directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. This peaceful retreat provides a rustic escape surrounded by the natural beauty of the White Mountains.
The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following:

One queen-sized bed with fresh linens, curtains, and shades for restful sleep. Guests often enjoy nature’s own “sound machine” - the calming river just outside.
**Bathroom:**
Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.
**Entertainment & Comfort:**
Comfortable living space with cable TV and a decorative fireplace (not for use). The Flume is equipped with heat for year-round comfort. While there is no air conditioning, fans are available on demand to keep you cool in warmer months.
