I I cannot believe what you are saying. Between Verbo And air b&b I have 4 Five star ratings. When you arrived I left a complimentary coffee cake For you. There was complimentary candy left in dishes. For your enjoyment. Not one time did you ever mention There was a problem with clean issues. This house was treated for bugs In the fall of the year. We had an unusually cold winter and whatever was there was dormant. There was a week of warm weather in which they hatched and became prevalent. When you called my attention to it.I called my bug man in and he treated the place. As for the window, it's not opening.I guess you just didn't have The strength or the Know how to operate them. You had a problem with The grill igniter and I immediately got it fixed for you and gave you a complimentary porter House steak for your inconvenience. You complained about the leaves and I bought a brand new leaf blower to satisfy your complaint. I was readily available and attended to Your desires of which there were Not many. I have never had complaints like this before. I feel that your complaints are after the fact. And are not valid. At No time did you complain to me about the aforementioned problems. I find it hard to believe that you stayed here sixty three days Without so much as a phone call to complain about the aforementioned problems. When you complained about the bugs and the grill i immediately jumped on it and got it fixed for you. The vents, fans and returns Were not Filthy and we're clean. I did my homework as I do for all guests. Please do Not try to destroy my reputation as a good host. I tried numerous times to contact you and to see how things we're.You never answered my text messages. You had problems with the WI.Fi.And the t v And I spent time with you to show you how to work everything. You had trouble getting the super bowl on and I was around to help you but you were not home. When you finally got home I had left to a friend of mine's house and I called you and tried to walk you through it so that you could watch the game but you just couldn't get it. I really am sorry that you feel this way. I know if I had stayed 63 days And there were as much problems as what you said there was.I would have been on that phone constantly until everything was fixed. When you arrived I showed you how to work all the appliances. Shortly after that you complained that the stove didn't work properly and I had to come in and show you again. It worked just fine. Not long after that you complained that the washing machine didn't work properly. I came in and showed you again and it worked just fine. I bent over backwards to make sure you had a good stay.
