The Space:
Living Room: Our living room is designed to be your home away from home, providing a warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. With comfortable seating and thoughtfully chosen decor, you'll feel right at ease as soon as you step inside. Cozy up on the plush sofa, enjoy a good book, watch your favorite shows on the large-screen smart TV, or simply unwind and chat with friends and family. You are welcome to download any apps to the TV that you would like, just be sure to sign out before you leave. The living room is the heart of our home, where you can create cherished memories and share quality time.

Kitchen: Our farmhouse-style kitchen is a delightful space where you can channel your inner chef or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances while retaining a rustic charm that's characteristic of farmhouse aesthetics. Whether you want to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee, you'll find all the tools and space you need. The kitchen is the ideal place to gather, cook, and savor meals together.

Bedrooms: Our cozy home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for your utmost comfort and relaxation. There is a king bed in the main bedroom and queen beds in the other two. There are plenty of blankets and extra pillows for your comfort. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, you'll find ample space to unwind and rejuvenate.

Bathrooms: You'll have two clean and modern bathrooms at your disposal, ensuring that your daily routines are stress-free and convenient. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo while the main bedroom, has an attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Shampoo and body wash are provided for your convenience.

Large Backyard: Our spacious backyard is the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air, soak up the Texas sun, or have a small gathering with friends and family. It's a lovely space to relax and unwind with plenty of seating. There is also a fire pit for those nights that are a little colder. Please note, you will need to provide your own wood for the fire pit.

Garage: Parking is a breeze with our attached garage. You can rest easy knowing your vehicle is secure and protected from the elements.

We look forward to hosting you at Serenity Stay! You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. We do require an electronic rental agreement to book this property. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability) Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.

We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.

Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Parties are strictly prohibited at this property. Any violation of this rules will result in an immediate $500 fee.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. Service animals require proof of registration BEFORE booking.

Guest Access:
All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the sheds/storage buildings in the backyard and any locked garage storage.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the tranquil South Mesa part of Lubbock, you'll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere away from the city's noise and traffic. This is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. There are also multiple restaurants nearby as well as a Wal-Mart and Target.

Getting Around:
This property is located in south Lubbock with access to main streets University and 82nd Street close by. Lubbock is a large city and while there are options for Uber and CitiBus, it is recommended to have a car, if possible.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.

This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.

Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy
While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:

Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.
No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.
Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay and the new owner does not wish to honor existing bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. A full refund of any payments made will be issued, but we are not liable for securing alternative accommodations or covering additional expenses.
Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.

There is a doorbell camera at this property that records with motion.

Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent the day before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.

House Rules:
- No pets!
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
