Summary:
Enjoy various free streaming services while playing foosball, darts, or one of several board games inside or out. There is plenty of room for everyone to have a good night's sleep on one of the two king beds, one queen bed, or both of the sofa beds.

The location of this Tempe property is ideal. Arizona State University is about a mile away, and the Phoenix Zoo, the Arizona State Capitol, and Sky Harbor Airport can all be reached in under 15 minutes.

The Space:
Welcome to Tempe! When you arrive, park your car under the covered carport, and access the home with keyless entry via our August Lock and keypad. No need to coordinate schedules to meet up to get the keys!

Once inside, you'll find yourself in what we affectionately refer to as "The Lounge". This multipurpose room is where you can enjoy a game of foosball or darts with your travel companions. You can also get some work done at the refinished antique secretary's desk, or have a nice chat with a friend in the oversized chairs. Need some extra sleeping space? Those same chairs pull out into comfortable twin-sized beds!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need to whip up a delicious meal, including pots and pans, knives, bakeware, dinnerware, a toaster, and more!

Prefer to take in the beautiful Arizona weather? You'll find all the same streaming services on the projector set up on the covered patio. You can also challenge your friends to a game of oversized Jenga while you're out there!

There are two bathrooms in the home. One with a shower-tub combo, and the other with a walk-in shower. Both are stocked with complementary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap - all are natural, healthy, and sustainably sourced!

The hardest part of your stay, may be deciding which of the three stylish bedrooms you want to claim! All are equipped with 12-inch memory foam mattresses and microfiber sheets to ensure a good night's sleep! Two rooms have King-sized beds, and the third has a Queen-sized bed.

The Neighborhood:
You'll be staying in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood tucked just off of Rural Road. It's not uncommon to hear kids playing outside, or see families out for an evening walk or bike ride.

Getting Around:
Just off of Rural Road, and near the US-60 freeway, you'll be able to get around the valley with ease!

Interaction with Guests:
To ensure you have an uninterrupted and private experience during your stay, I typically won’t be present on-site. Nonetheless, for those unexpected emergencies or urgent needs, rest assured that a trusted member of my team is readily available to assist you in person.

I’m fully committed to providing prompt responses and support through phone or in-app messaging throughout your stay. However, I kindly request that communications after 9pm be reserved for urgent matters only, as this time is dedicated to rest and family.
