Lovely home!!

Spent a week with my family in this amazing house we were so happy to arrive to a clean spacious home. We spend everyday in the HUGE pool! Also all grocery stores,shopping and beaches are extremely close and we loved how quiet the neighborhood was hope to Vist again!

this property was a perfect size for me and my family. The pool was a good size and good depth. good place for dogs. cozy place. the beds were a bit too hard but overall it was awesome...we went to ana maria beach which is like 15 min away which it was also perfect 👌

Yajaira and her family were wonderful guests. This home gets rave reviews because it is just perfect for families. It's large has plenty of seating and a fully equipped kitchen. We have beach stuff, umbrella, chairs, coolers, beach towels, floats etc for the beach and pool. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and a short drive to the beaches of Anna Maria. The beds do have medium-firm mattresses, mainly because they are premium quality and we find most families prefer the feel. If we can accommodate anyone's preferences, we encourage them to ask. We aim to please!

Very happy snowbirds!

We spent 2 months with our 3 dogs and loved it! The dog park is just one mile away and, as golfers, we had our choice of many courses nearby. Terrie and John are fantastic hosts and very friendly. they were always a phone call away and made sure our stay was comfortable and without issues. We will definitely rent from them again.

Perfect Getaway

My daughter and I had the pleasure to stay here and we loved it. Bradenton is beautiful, the neighborhood is clean and quite. The house was clean and ready for us early. The pool is huge, beds were very comfortable, and check in was as easy as can be. Would stay again!! 10 out of 10 stay and communication was great as well. No complaints at all! Thank y'all so much, it was a perfect house for our trip.

Made our visit relaxing

Normally we stay in hotels but now with the ability to enjoy a home it makes things less stressful. The children and grandchildren can spend the time together and not have to worry about meals costing a fortune. It’s big, easy to get joy just about anywhere you need to go and in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Once you vacation in a vacation rental home you will never go back to hotels. John and Terrie have been in the Bradenton Sarasota area since 1978. Having a golfing family brought us to this area. We raised our children and now grandchildren near the most beautiful beaches in the world. We own our business in this area and travel a lot. This is why we decided to purchase a home for a vacation rental. We want others to experience the real Florida, be comfortable and make our home yours. That's right, you will be renting Santa's Vacation Home!

Our Vacation Home is in West Bradenton close to beaches. We are surrounded by every amenity that Florida living has to offer. The Pine Lakes neighborhood has sidewalks, manicured yards, easy access to public transportation and only a short walk to Schools, Parks, Hospital and Churches. We chose this area because we live here and know this area best suites travelers, without being penned in by hotel, condo and villa life. When we travel we choose this type of vacation rental, and have always been so pleased and we never forget those vacations.

Our home has a great open airy feeling. The Florida room overlooks the pool. The kitchen is spacious and has easy access to dining and breakfast nook areas. Our living room is huge. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. We have a 2 car garage and access to a bathroom from the backyard pool area. This is a bright cheery home!
