If you are looking for your dream vacation? Well, this is not you average beach house! With the perfect mix of coastal, modern farmhouse, we’ve created an oasis that will inspire relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration for the entire family.

With 5,000sf, 8 luxurious bedrooms, including two grand and elegant master suites, plus 5 more stunning bedrooms set up to sleep families of 5 in each and 1 bunk room set up to sleep 6.

We also have 6 grand, full bathrooms, and an incredibly large open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. A gorgeous, spacious kitchen including double islands, double sinks, double ovens, and double refrigerators for double the fun. Quarts countertops and two coffee bars for your one of a kind beach experience.

Also, the fun doesn’t stop there, we have created a perfect outdoor kitchen space that will make gatherings unforgettable. Plus 3 incredibly spacious decks with outdoor furniture for indoor, outdoor living.

Plus, one of our favorite features is our one-of-a-kind bay room, where you and your loved ones can sit, enjoy coffee, or your favorite drink and watch the sunset! We specifically designed this with you in mind, knowing that these incredible views will assist in making your vacation unbelievable.

We also have a new walkover from the house straight to the beach. And the house is within walking distant to our private fishing pier exclusive to seahorse estates homes. The fishing pier is across the street, where you and your family can create incredible memories, catching fish and crabs. Plus you can enjoy kayaking in the bay. ( kayaks not provided.)

Also we are only a 40 minute drive to Galveston strand, the board walk, the famous Pleasure Pier, and an incredible restaurant scene, theaters, and even Moody Gardens and Galveston’s own Schlitterbahn.

We specifically designed Seahorse Escape on 1.3ac with you in mind. Wanting to give you and your family an opportunity to create lifelong memories with the ones you love the most. We cannot wait to have you stay, enjoy and be rejuvenated, renewed and restored as you reconnect, and recharge! This location has security camera on the exterior of the home for security purposes.

This was our second year to rent this house for Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. With 2 sinks, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and a huge stand alone freezer our dinners were amazing. Something new this year was the walkway to the beach. Thank you Todd! We all spent a lot of time on the beach or fishing at the pier.

The house and location is absolutely gorgeous, we had a wonderful stay. There are two full-size refrigerators and a separate big freezer in the kitchen, which made things so easy inconvenient for all the groceries we had to bring for a large group. Highly recommend booking here, there is so much space.

This was our second time staying at this GORGEOUS house and truly, I don’t know if we will ever stay anywhere else but here! We came with a large group for a girls weekend, and everyone had plenty of space throughout the weekend! The kitchen is stunning and expansive - the double islands, double ovens, double fridges, double dining tables make it PERFECT to accommodate a large group! The host, Todd is quick to reply and easy to work with! There is tons of parking at the house. A walk over directly to the beach! You get the most incredible views of the sunrise in the morning from the porch and living room! This space is so well-done and made for a perfect girls trip to the beach!!! We will be back!

This is an amazing house!! We had our family of 28 stay. We had room for everyone to have a bed, room for everyone to sit, plenty of laundry facilities, lots of refrigeration room! The house is bright and cheery. We had everything we could have needed! The decks are large and have a great view of the water. The fishing pier was a great bonus! The bridge to the beach was so nice. The host was great to work with. Very responsive. My kids already said "lets stay here again!!" We will definitely be back!

We paid 16,000 to rent this house for a week for our wedding. We got there and the place was not even cleaned yet. Then the air went out for two days so it was excruciating hot in there. Also the oven was never repaired so one of our friends had to repair the oven And we are supposed to get money back for the inconvenience that we out with and haven’t seen anything.

The house was simply amazing. My office does a beach outing every year and this has been the best house we have stayed at. The location was beautiful, right next to beach so was super easy to set up and bring items to the beach. We had multiple families staying overnight, and had plenty of room. I particularly liked the large kitchen and outdoor area, really nice for our large group. Beds were very comfortable and entire house was very clean. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Girls weekend getaway perfection!

Todd’s house surpassed our expectations! The house is new and super clean. It had enough room for a big girls weekend getaway! Everyone was beyond happy with their accommodations - with more room than you expect from the photos! There is a walkway directly from the house to the beach that makes beach access so easy. The beach views from the porch and the sunset views from the front of the house are both breathtaking. The kitchen, double islands, fridges and freezer, and double dining tables is AMAZING!!! Every detail is gorgeous and we can’t wait to come back!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Todd was incredibly responsive, attentive, and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The house itself was stunning, well-maintained, and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen that easily accommodated our group. There is a pier located at the back of the house, which made getting to the beach easy and convenient. Every year my family (22 of us and all ages) treks to the beach for Thanksgiving. This house was perfect. Plenty of room, excellent kitchen, great location. Working with the host was easy and he responded quickly to all my questions.

Best home by the beach!!

Everything about this home was just incredible. From the hosts responsiveness, to how absolutely gorgeous the house was. It was even more spacious and more beautiful than the photos show. We had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The beach views were amazing, patios were super spacious, and beach access was easy. So glad we went with this home for our weekend getaway! Highly recommend for your large group trip down to the beach!

Perfect size for large group

We had a group of 15 adults and two infants. This property was perfect for our size. The double island in the kitchen was perfect for food prep and serving plus multiple sinks were great for clean up. Todd was a great host and flexible with our arrival timing which was super helpful. Beach access was convenient and clean. Would definitely stay again if needing to fit a large group.
