While I'm saddened to hear that we fell short of your expectations in some areas, I'm glad to see that our team was able to address the issues you reported regarding the window and ceiling fan within the first 24-48 hours of arrival. Regarding pool maintenance and pest control, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We understand the challenges that come with living in paradise, and we're committed to ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. We do have each of our homes on a preventative quarterly pest control schedule and are always happy to schedule additional services when we are made aware of an issue. As much as we would love to have each pool cleaned on turn days, that is not something our pool companies are able to do; therefore, we do have each home on a weekly scheduled pool service. It is unfortunate that heavy downpours the day prior to your arrival caused the pool to need additional attention. Fortunately, one of the benefits of staying in Rosemary Beach is the easy access to 4 community pools, with the closest being just steps from this amazing home. I'm pleased to hear that you appreciated our efforts to accommodate an early (12:30 pm) check-in for you and your family and that you enjoyed the unbeatable location of our beautiful home. It's our sincere hope that despite the challenges you encountered, you were still able to enjoy your vacation with us.
