Amenities abound both inside and out. Inside you have a spacious kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. In the adjacent dining area is a round wooden table with seating for four plus bar seating.

Beyond that is the living area with a large HD TV, a bookcase with plenty of books and games for those rare, rainy days, or family game night. A comfy sofa faces the TV allowing you to watch your favorite programs or sports.
Three comfortable bedrooms await you. Each has a dresser and closet and the master bedroom also features an ensuite bath. Soft beds let you easily and quickly drift off into dreams and awake refreshed and ready for the day’s activities.
Heading for the beach? Be sure and grab one of the six beach towels right next to the front door! The beach is just a short walk on a private boardwalk over the protected dunes. Be sure and watch for the small brown rabbits who make their home in the dunes.
Additional amenities in this incredible space include both drip and Keurig coffee makers and a supply of coffee, plenty of pots, pans, a rice maker, and a small supply of spices to allow you to cook up your favorite recipes.
In the complex itself you’ll find two pools, a hot tub, a public grill for barbecuing, and meticulous landscaping.
A short drive in either direction brings you to delicious restaurants, the grocery store, parks, and mini golf. Across the famous Bridge of Lions, you’ll find historic downtown St. Augustine. Step back in time to the 18th and 19th century as you walk down the pedestrian mall St. George Street. Featuring historic landmarks like the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse in the USA, the Colonial Quarter, lots of delicious restaurants, ice cream parlors, chocolate shops, and many shops featuring unique items and souvenirs. Nearby is the Castillo de San Marcos fort which has never been taken by the enemy. Take a tour to find out why! The Oldest Spanish Colonial dwelling in the US also stands nearby. Known as the Gonzalez-Alvarez House, it was built in the early 1700s and offers a fascinating look at what life was like in the early 18th century.
If you enjoy shopping at outlets, we have a great outdoor outlet mall on SR 16 near I-95. Boasting 73 stores plus a food court, a pizza restaurant, and Tesla charging stations.
