Enjoy our spacious coastal home with panoramic marsh and waterway views!  Conveniently located on a quiet street just before the Surf City Bridge to Topsail Island.

Newly constructed and fully furnished with everything you need for beach living. A fully stocked kitchen includes all new stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. Our spacious dining table and nook with a large eat-at-island will seat 13 people and is perfect for entertaining! All four bedrooms include 35" Smart TVs and ample storage. The Captains Quarters style Primary Bedroom is complete with a King bed, a dedicated office/desk, and breathtaking marsh views.

The outdoor space boasts large decks on both the front and the back of the home, picnic table for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower, private yard, and grill. The large driveway can accommodate 4+ cars and a boat trailer.

Linen service is included in the cleaning cost. In addition to sheets, we provide fresh bath towels, bath mats, and beach towels! We love to support other local businesses by placing their products throughout our home! We hope you enjoy these!

High speed Wi-Fi & Spectrum cable tv is provided throughout the house.
The house boasts 4 relaxing bedrooms to comfortably sleep 10 guests.
Linens and towels are provided for each stay.

This is a dog-friendly home with pet fee. 2 pups max under 50lbs.

Outdoor enclosed shower

Gas grill provided, grilling allowed only in the driveway 10 feet away from all wooden structures. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks, boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund and guest will be held financially and legally responsible for damage caused by violation.

No smoking is allowed in the house or outside.
