The additional 2 bedrooms are located in the front of the house and offer beautiful ocean views from the front deck. Bedroom (2) includes one Queen sized bed (3) includes one twin sized bunk bed. (Two twins). There is a full bath located in the hallway. The third floor of this home is where you will find the living areas, including a large and beautiful great room, updated kitchen and half bath and stackable washer/dryer. The great room overlooks the sound and offers beautiful sunset views from the deck. It is a wonderful area to gather in as a family and enjoy a movie or game night! On the top floor of this home, you will find an additional bedroom and another full bathroom. This bedroom features a King sized bed, twin bed with twin trundle and ocean views.

Guests that are not related must be 30 years old and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management, no house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. Dogs are allowed at this property. Up to two dogs 50 lbs each, if the booking channel only collects for one dog, any additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.**

Groups of unrelated guests must all be 25 years old, named on the rental agreement and all guests must provide a valid government issued photo ID due directly to Blue Anchor Property Management, for verification, after booking before reservation is confirmed. Additional security deposit hold (or security deposit of certified US funds) of up to $500/person may be assessed and/or paid directly to Blue Anchor Property Management after booking before reservation is confirmed.
Special events such as weddings, parties, birthday parties, graduation parties or any gatherings of persons not named on the rental agreement must be approved directly to Blue Anchor Property Management, for verification, after booking before reservation is confirmed.
