Very cozy and private home in quiet area of Vero Beach. Close to all shopping, great restaurants, and gorgeous beaches with FREE parking. The backyard is lush with foliage offering privacy and relaxation. Sun bathe on the pool lounge chairs, or hang out in the shade under our trees. Backyard is fully fenced in for your furry friends. Inside are 2 bedrooms, a futon in the semi-private sunroom, and a twin pullout in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen, as well as brand new washer and dryer. Come stay with us and enjoy privacy, serenity, and all the comforts of home.

The home is what we learned is being updated by neighbors. We had all the space occupied but could not find additional bedding or pillows for the futon that is in the space behind the kitchen. We did not use the pool as much as we thought as it did not appear to be clean or have chemicals. Communication with the owner was not ideal as response was never immediate or at the current time answered. The location would give it a higher rated especially if you are there for baseball spring training at Jackie Robinson Complex.

Nice Location

Communication with the owner was a little slow. Don't think the cleaning crew came in between clients though. Still not a bad place to stay.

Perfect for my Family!

It was a perfect house for my husband and I with our 4 kids! Great space for all of us with plenty of space! The pool was extra fun for the kids too! We are extremely pleased with our stay and would stay again if we go to Florida again!

Good location, house needs a lot of work

House is spacious and neighborhood is close to a lot of amenities and the beach. Overrun with cockroaches. Broken cabinets and shelves. Furniture is moldy. No grill. Could be a super awesome VRBO if a bit of work was put into the home.

Palmetto bugs and a rat

I notified the owner when my friends told me they killed about 6 palmetto bugs in the house and saw a rat by the pool. The cabinets and fridge had someone’s food/drinks in them and laundry in the washing machine. I never got a reply from the owner.

Spacious house, with a few issues

Overall, the house was ok. It was clean. The sheets were clean. Some of the towels had stains on them. We saw the same roach issues that someone else in the reviews mentioned. They appeared to be coming from the main bathroom area, but we did notice traps so the owner is actively trying to be rid of them. There are 2 couches pictured in the main living area in the listing, but there was only one there. It would have been nice to have that second couch in the main living room. Some of the cabinets/drawers were not functioning properly, but that's nothing big. The pool deck could use a good power wash along with the outside lounge chairs. The pool is not heated - this wasn't mentioned either way in the posting, I just thought I would mention it for anyone who is checking out this house. I would also recommend bringing bug spray or some sort of bug repellent with you as I was eaten alive by bugs just sitting by the pool. Between the yard of this property and the one behind was a ditch full of water. On the side of the house it was very overgrown and appeared to be a dumping ground for unwanted items. The kitchen had everything we needed; however I would recommend getting a new coffee pot as it looked like you wouldn't want to drink out of it. Perhaps a Keurig. The back of one of the chairs at the table was broken. It was very spacious and could be a great property. It did have an odd, overpowering smell that stuck in our clothes even days after leaving the house.
