Great Family Home

My extended family rented this house to celebrate our annual Christmas in June. It was less than 2Miles from my nieces house so half of us stayed at each location. The house is beautiful, spacious, and the pool was a plus!

Family fun

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

Our family of 12 and 2 dogs camped for a Thanksgiving away from home so our grandparents could be with us. The house was large enough for everyone to have a bed, which was great! The living room was perfect for relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen worked out well for cooking our feast, and the extra long dining table accommodated everyone.

Pros: Liked the large commons spaces. The covered patio near pool was excellent. Furniture was comfortable. There was enough parking space for 5 vehicles, off street. AC kept up with an Oklahoma July summer heat. Cons: Little things were already damaged upon arrival. Not many cooking pots or mixing bowls. Beds are too tall from the floor.

We were overall very happy with the house. It was very comfortable for all of us. They had a very nice Christmas tree setup in home. It could use some more and newer towels. Otherwise the home was great and would stay again in the future. towels.

Home away from home.

Me and my family (a group of 18) stayed here for two nights to have my wedding dinner. The house was very spacious for everyone to sleep comfortably. Typically I’m used to bringing all my own supplies however this home had just about everything we needed for cooking and bathing. The pool was awesome, the kids really enjoyed it! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with big groups and families as it is very child friendly.

Family Reunion

The place is greatness! The pool was amazing and the kids loved it! We loved it considering we don't have one at home. We made the suggestion to management that they turn on the A/C ahead of time as when we arrived it was musty and hot and literally took all night to cool down. But it did and we had a great time!

2023 Family/Friends Before Thanksgiving Dinner

The house was absolutely beautiful, welcoming, accommodating, and presented just as listed. Host was attentive to all needs. There are a few requests/needs: Needed more toilet tissue Tissue holders were loose Need oven mits and kitchen towels Need big/small mixing bowels Refrigerator door rack was broken (host notified during stay and he was willing to fix if needed☺️) We would most definitely rent again if needed.

Okay but wouldn't stay again.

The house worked for us and we had a great time with lots of space and comfortable beds. However I can't recommend it to anyone with mobility challenges as there are several grade changes upstairs, a large step up (and back down) at the main entry, and the stairwell to the second story has uneven risers throughout. The house has some minor deferred maintenance and was lacking basics such as a tea kettle, hair dryer, and only had 8 plastic tumblers for cold beverages and a single tea towel in the kitchen.

It is in this light that we ensured that there were enough (approximately 5 beds, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped living space downstairs) to cater for anyone who might have mobility challenges. For those with no mobility challenges, they have the option to leverage the fully equipped living space and bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. With respect to other amenities like tea kettle, hair dryer, tea towels, and the cups, those are constantly being move by guests to either different rooms or cabinets. Please highlight these in your subsequent stays and I will make them available at your request. Also, thanks for highlighting your flavor in Coffee or tea. We continually aim at ensuring our guests are comfortable by adding a variety of flavor or Coffi and that’s why we added yours as requested during your stay. We aim at continuously giving our guests a better value for their money and making this vacation rental their home away from home. Extremely Dirty and Unsafe – Poorly Managed PropertyThis property was extremely dirty upon arrival—so much so that we questioned whether the sheets had even been washed. Surfaces were grimy, trash was left inside and outside the home, dishes were put away dirty, and there were strong odors throughout. We also found stains on walls, insufficient towels in bathrooms, and killed over 10 cockroaches in the kitchen and adjacent hall ways.Several items were already broken, including cabinet handles, patio chairs, the kitchen trash can and the air hockey table was wobbly and felt dangerously unstable. Safety was a major concern. The child lock on the pool door was broken, bolts from the pool cover were sticking up all around the concrete deck, and the upstairs had multiple abrupt floor level changes that caused guests to trip. These issues raise serious questions about whether the home is up to code.When we contacted the host, he apologized and admitted he hadn’t had a chance to inspect the property before our arrival. He offered a refund of the cleaning fee, but we declined—it didn’t come close to what would have been appropriate given the state of the home. He also offered to come spray for pests, which we also declined. Multiple packages were arriving at the front door and being picked up making us think the host was nearby.This property is unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. We would not stay her
