Sandpiper Cove:
Sandpiper Cove is a sprawling 43-acre resort that's a coastal paradise like no other. With an impressive 1,100 feet of private beachfront, you'll have your own piece of sun, sand, and surf to enjoy. This resort offers convenient boat slip rentals and a launch area for aquatic adventures, catering to water enthusiasts. For golf lovers, there's a scenic 9-hole golf course. If relaxation is what you seek, you'll find it by 1 of the 5 inviting swimming pools and 3 hot tubs. Tennis enthusiasts can test their skills on the 6 well-maintained courts.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

It was just okay.....

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a cockroach in the dining room. Dead bugs were also in the lower cabinets next to the stove.The floors were filthy, you could not walk without your shoes on, or you would have black feet.The pillows were about as cheap as you can get, and you still call them pillows. The living room furniture was uncomfortable.We had issues with the living room television and had to call for assistance because it would not work.When we booked our reservation, the pictures made it look like our unit was right on the beach, but of course, it was not.

Not happy

The unit was very dirty. Looked fine until you looked closer. Behind the tv was really dirty(looking for remote) lifted couch cushions to pull out bed, ewww, slept on top of cushions. Behind toilet needed to be swept and mopped. Ants in the kitchen. It took longer than 3 min to get to the beach and with a bad knee it meant driving every day!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this place at Sandpiper Cove, it is in the far back corner as far from the beach as you can be. It is about a 3-5 minute car ride. My code didn’t work when I got there and after about a half an hour on the phone with the management company, I was able to get in. The condo was spacious and the linens were clean. The walls and doors were gross. It high priced for the location and cleanliness.
