As the smaller counterpart to our larger flagship Pioneer home, this residence delivers the same attention to detail, luxury finishes, and thoughtful amenities — all perfectly curated for a more intimate stay.

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on the third floor with a private, exterior entrance. The guest space is fully private, and there are no shared areas.

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. *PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is not a fenced yard at this property but the area is great for walking.
