Getting around
We can manage your transportation for 35 USD each way. You can also get there by taxi or Uber from the airport. Punta Cana extends over nearly 35 kms, from the Airport to Macao Beach, there is not really a City Center, therefore to fully enjoy the benefits of Punta Cana, we recommend to rent a car at Melo Rentals, Av Alemania, it's very close from the residence, it may be more affordable for a few days.

- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the whole stay unless special written agreement between us.

- Only people registered in the rental agreement have access to the pool.
- Visitors allowed in the building and the apartment only with agreement of the owner,
- Guests have to pay electricity before check in, flat fee 10 USD per night for short term rental, for monthly rental deposit 200 USD
- Due to allergies we are unable to host animals
- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents (passport for non-residents) are required to register guests and visitors.
