Summary:
Our townhome is located in the heart of Surfside Beach, SC just a mile away from the ocean!! It is a quaint 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse with a small fenced in backyard with a patio for dining and grilling. It is close to a lot of attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Brookgreen Gardens, and much more. We look forward to having you.

The Space:
You’ll have the townhouse all to yourselves. It can sleep up to 6 guests. Guests must be 25 years of age to rent.
Upstairs we have one queen bed, a tall dresser and a closet to store your belongings. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds, a small dresser, and a closet and plenty of storage space. There is also a full bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs we have a futon sofa in the living room. These provide extra sleeping space if needed. Extra pillows and blankets are also located in the closets. The guest restroom is also located downstairs.
If you enjoy cooking or want to dine in, there is a fully functional kitchen. Please note, we provide starter paper products and cleaning supplies for your stay, while these may be completely adequate for small trips, if you need more garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. you will need to provide those.
The backyard offers a gas or charcoal grill. There is also a dining space so you can enjoy a meal outdoors.

Guest Access:
You have access to 2 parking spots in front of the building and access to the unit only

You are central to everything that Surfside has to offer

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Our minimum age requirement to rent is 21 years old.
