○ Anyone found tampering with safety devices/equipment in our units will be warned only ONCE through airbnb (we are notified when unplugged, moved, etc.). 2nd notification will be a call from us directly, and 3rd offence will be asked to leave.
○ Any damaged utilities or equipment will be subject to fees, we do our best to ensure everything is functional before your stay so please maintain our lovely home thank you .
○ Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in this building.
○ There is a $250CAD fine if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from a unit per condo by law and fine policy.
○ No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home.
○ Quiet hours: 11pm to 7 am (this is a residential building) .
○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 80db, we have a noise detector.
○ Absolutely no parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music but events for work or meetings are allowed .
○ Guest will be charged $100 per lost Fob.
○ Please exercise caution on the balcony
○ All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony.
