The Space:

Tucked into the Larkspur subdivision less than 2 miles from downtown Crested Butte, this brand-new luxury home sits above its own private lake—picture soaking in the hot tub as the sun sets over the water, or trading stories around the fire pit under a sky full of stars. Every detail here was designed to impress.



The heart of the home is a show-stopping chef's kitchen: an oversized fridge, 6-burner gas range, espresso maker, and a picture window over the sink that swings wide open, blending the kitchen with the outdoor living space beyond. Gather around the dining table (seats 6, plus 4 more at the bar) or spill outside to the patio, where a dining table, gas grill, hot tub, and seasonal fire pit set the stage for long mountain evenings.



The main-floor primary suite is its own retreat, with a king bed, dedicated workspace, deep soaking tub, steam shower, and walk-in closet—the kind of space you won't want to leave.



Upstairs, a wraparound couch and big smart TV make for a cozy second hangout spot. Kids will love the bunk room with 4 built-in twin bunks, while a queen guest room shares a full bath with tub nearby, and a private queen suite with its own ensuite shower rounds out the top floor.

This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking. Please let us know if you plan to travel with your dog.

The Neighborhood:

The Larkspur community is located near the Skyland Golf Course off of Brush Creek Road, roughly two miles from downtown Crested Butte (see map below). This newer subdivision is a great example of a development done “the right way”, and a tour of the area leaves a great first impression. Two beautiful lakes and landscaping highlight the impressive views of Whetstone Mountain, Paradise Divide, and the backside of Crested Butte Mountain. The hiking and biking opportunities in the Brush creek area are nearly endless, with national forest access a short distance away. The Robert Trent Jones Jr golf course at Skyland is just a short walk, drive, or bike ride down the street. The town of Crested Butte is two miles away, and the recreation path makes biking or hiking into town a breeze. This same path is groomed in the winter, so you can nordic ski into town as well. The skiing at Crested Butte Mountain Resort is roughly 10 minutes away during the winter months. Please note, you do not have access to Grant Lake or any amenities in the Skyland residential neighborhood. There are tennis and pickleball courts in the neighborhood.



Getting Around:

You will want a vehicle to get around. Additionally, there is a bus stop at the corner of Highway 135 and Brush Creek road.



Other Things to Note:

A tennis court, pickleball court and playground are all in the nieghborhood.
